Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slój . Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie korpusu sloja. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig.l pokazuje slój z zakreconym wieczkiem w widoku od strony pola etykietowego, fig.2 - slój z wieczkiem w widoku od strony zaokraglonego naroznika, fig.3 - slój w rzucie perspektywicznym w widoku od spodu, fig.4 - slój bez nakretki w widoku bocznym, a fig.5 - slój w widoku od góry. Slój wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera glówke przechodzaca czescia walcowa w stanowiacy czesc pojemnikowa sloja korpus zakonczony dnem. Korpus utworzony jest z polozonej od strony glówki niskiej czesci stozkowej o wkleslej pobocznicy przechodzacej malym lukiem w wysoki wieloscian o podstawie kwadratowej z zaokraglonymi narozami stanowiacymi odcinki luków kola. Wieloscian w dolnej czesci przechodzi niska czescia w dno, przy czym czesc ta ma ksztalt utworzony z boków o nieznacznie wkleslych powierzchniach przechodzacych malymi lukami w odcinki opadajace pod malym katem w kierunku dna. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar with a screw-on lid viewed from the side of the label field, Fig. 2 - the jar with the lid viewed from the rounded corner, Fig. 3 - the jar in a perspective view from below, Fig. 4 - the jar without the cap in a side view, and Fig. 5 - the jar viewed from above. The jar according to the industrial design includes a head with a cylindrical section extending into the body, which is the container part of the jar and terminates at the bottom. The body consists of a low, conical section on the head side, with a concave side, which merges by a small arc into a tall, square-based polyhedron with rounded corners, each representing a circular arc. The polyhedron's lower section merges by a low section into the bottom, with this section having a shape formed by slightly concave sides that merge by small arcs into sections that descend at a small angle towards the bottom. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. the body of the jar from the head side has the form of a low conical part with a concave side passing through a small arc into a high polyhedron with a square base and rounded corners 2. the rounded corners are located along the entire height of the polyhedron and constitute segments of circular arcs 3. the polyhedron passes to the bottom with its lower part, the shape of which is formed by sides with slightly concave surfaces passing through small arcs into segments falling at a small angle towards the bottom.
