Butelka na kosmetyki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na kosmetyki znajdujaca zastosowanie jako pojemnik na perfumy, wody kolonskie i wody toaletowe. Znana z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 5564 butelka ma koprus w ksztalcie beczkowatym, przy czym korpus ten u góry przechodzi bezposrednio w okragla szyjke z otworem. W widoku z przodu, na korpusie butelki znajduje sie ornament w ksztalcie klepsydry. Znana jest takze z opisu wzoru przemyslowego RP nr 6975 butelka w ksztalcie beczki przechodzacej u góry w okragla szyjke.Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie, nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazana na ilustracji, na fig.1,fig.2 i fig.3. Jak pokazano na ilustracji, na której fig.1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig.3 ukazuje ja w widoku z góry, butelka ma korpus zakonczony u góry, w osi symetrii, otworem w okraglej, dwustopniowej szyjce. Butelka w widokach: z przodu i z boku ma ksztalt beczkowaty, a w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do elipsy, zakonczony po przeciwnych stronach jej dluzszej osi symetrii zaokragleniem o promieniu R, korzystnie równym 2 mm. Górna powierzchnia korpusu jest nachylona pod katem a w stosunku do górnej powierzchni szyjki, korzystnie a = 3° i ma zaznaczone na tej powierzchni wspólsrodkowe dwie elipsy zblizone ksztaltem i polozeniem do ksztaltu butelki w widoku z góry. Te dwie elipsy sa polaczone liniami, wzdluz dluzszej osi symetrii, z koncami zaokraglen o promieniu R. Dwustopniowa szyjka ma ksztalt prostokatów, przy czym wiekszy jest od strony zewnetrznej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przezroczystej butelki na kosmetyki. Posiada ona charakterystyczny korpus w ksztalcie beczkowatym w widoku z przodu i w widoku z boku, natomiast zblizony do eliptycznego w widoku z góry. Powierzchniagórna korpusu jest nachylona do powierzchni górnej, dwustopniowej, okraglej szyjki butelki pod katem a, przy czym na powierzchni górnej tego korpusu znajduja sie dwie wspólsrodkowe elipsy, podobne ksztaltem oraz polozeniem do ksztaltu butelki w widoku z góry i polaczone limami, wzdluz dluzszej osi symetrii, z koncami zaokraglen o promieniu R elipsy korpusu, co dodatkowo podkresla oryginalnosc butelki. Umieszczenie kosmetyku w takiej butelce rzutuje na estetyke i wyzsza ocene jego walorów.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a cosmetics bottle used as a container for perfumes, colognes, and toilet waters. Known from industrial design no. 5564, the bottle has a barrel-shaped body, with the body transitioning directly into a round neck with an opening at the top. In the front view, the bottle body features an hourglass-shaped ornament. Also known from industrial design no. 6975 is a barrel-shaped bottle transitioning into a round neck at the top. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and arrangement, giving it a new and original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. As shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows it in a top view, the bottle has a body terminating at the top, in the axis of symmetry, in an opening in a round, two-stage neck. The bottle in the front and side views has a barrel-shaped shape, and in the top view has a shape close to an ellipse, terminating on opposite sides of its longer axis of symmetry with a rounding of radius R, preferably equal to 2 mm. The upper surface of the body is inclined at an angle a in relation to the upper surface of the neck, preferably a = 3°, and has two concentric ellipses marked on this surface, similar in shape and position to the shape of the bottle in a top view. These two ellipses are connected by lines along the longer axis of symmetry, with rounded ends having a radius of R. The two-step neck is rectangular in shape, with the two-step neck being larger on the outside. The essential features of the industrial design include a new form of transparent cosmetics bottle. It has a distinctive barrel-shaped body in front and side views, but almost elliptical in top view. The upper surface of the body is inclined to the upper surface of the two-step, rounded neck of the bottle at an angle of α. The upper surface of this body features two concentric ellipses, similar in shape and position to the bottle's shape in top view, and connected by lines along the longer axis of symmetry, with rounded ends having a radius of R of the ellipse body, further emphasizing the bottle's originality.
