Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, zwlaszcza do plynnych srodków czyszczacych, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i korzystnie wyposazona w nakrecona na nia glowice spryskiwacza dzwigniowego.Nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów zdobniczych, wystepuje w jej ksztalcie oraz w ksztalcie glowicy spryskiwacza dzwigniowego. Butelka z wedlug wzoru jest uwidoczniona na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 3 - te sama butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - te sama butelke w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 5 - te sama butelke w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 6 - te sama butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - te sama butelke w widoku z dolu, fig. 8-butelke z nakrecona na jej szyjke glowica spryskiwacza dzwigniowego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 9 - te sama butelke w widoku z tylu, fig. 10 - te sama butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 11 - te sama butelke w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 12 - te sama butelke w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 13 - te sama butelke w widoku z góry, a fig. 14 - te sama butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 7 ma w widoku z tylu (fig. 2) ksztalt wydluzonego trapezu o lekko wypuklych bokach, zaopatrzonego w dolnej czesci w zaokraglenia laczace scianki boczne butelki z jej dnem, zas u góry zakonczona jest gwintowana szyjka o srednicy nieco mniejszej od górnej podstawy trapezu. W widoku z przodu (fig. 3) butelka ma przednia, zwezajaca sie do góry scianke polaczona z rozszerzajacymi sie do dolu sciankami bocznymi. Natomiast w widoku z boku (fig. 4 i fig. 5) butelka ma postac ksztaltowa zlozona w przedniej czesci z linii pionowej polaczonej lukami u dolu z krótka linia nachylona pod katem okolo 45° do poziomu, tworzaca dolna czesc butelki polaczona z jej dnem, u góry zas z linia nachylona pod katem okolo 45° w przeciwnym kierunku i polaczona z czescia chwytowa butelki o osi w przyblizeniu równoleglej do pionowej osi butelki.W tylnej czesci butelka ma postac ksztaltowa zlozona u dolu z linii prostej nachylonej pod katem okolo 45° do poziomu i polaczonej lukiem z prosta nachylona pod katem okolo 70° do poziomu. Czesc chwytowa butelki jest zlozona z dwóch wkleslych luków stanowiacych zaglebienia na palce oraz z lekko wypuklej linii, nachylonej pod katem okolo 70° do poziomu i polaczonej z górna scianka butelki, zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke. W widoku z góry (fig. 6) oraz z dolu (fig. 7) butelka ma postac owalu z obustronnymi scieciami, równoleglymi do jego krótszej osi. Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 8 do fig. 14 tym rózni sie od wyzej opisanej, ze na jej gwintowana szyjke nakrecona jest, za pomoca gwintowanej, moletowanej nakretki, glowica spryskiwacza dzwigniowego. Glowica ta ma w widoku z boku ksztalt prostokata ze scietymi trzema narozami, a mianowicie: lewym narozem dolnym, prawym narozem górnym i prawym narozem dolnym, tworzacymi nieforemny szesciobok. W przedniej czesci glowicy znajduje sie nasadka z dysza spryskiwacza, pod nia zas - dzwignia spustowa spryskiwacza o ksztalcie podobnym do spustu pistoletu. Dzieki opisanemu ksztaltowi butelka, wraz z nakrecona na nia glowica spryskiwacza dzwigniowego, tworzy w swej górnej czesci rodzaj uchwytu na dlon, przy czym po uchwyceniu butelki palec wskazujacy dloni spoczywa na dzwigni glowicy spryskiwacza. Butelka przedstawiona na zalaczonych fotografiach oraz glowica spryskiwacza maja korzystnie kolor bialy, natomiast moletowana nakretka glowicy spryskiwacza oraz nasadka z dysza i dzwignia spustowa maja kolor czarny. Bottle The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle, in particular for liquid cleaning agents, made of plastic and preferably equipped with a lever spray head screwed on to it. The new form of the bottle, intended for ornamental purposes, occurs in its shape and in the shape of the lever spray head. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 has, in a back view (Fig. 2), the shape of an elongated trapezoid with slightly convex sides, provided in the lower part with roundings connecting the side walls of the bottle to its bottom, while at the top there is a threaded neck with a diameter slightly smaller than the upper base of the trapezoid. In the front view (Fig. 3), the bottle has a front wall tapering upwards, connected to side walls widening downwards. In the side view (Fig. 4 and Fig. 5), the bottle has a shape composed in the front part of a vertical line connected by arcs at the bottom with a short line inclined at an angle of approximately 45° to the horizontal, forming the lower part of the bottle connected to its bottom, and at the top with a line inclined at an angle of approximately 45° in the opposite direction and connected to the gripping part of the bottle with an axis approximately parallel to the vertical axis of the bottle. In the rear part, the bottle has a shape composed at the bottom of a straight line inclined at an angle of approximately 45° to the horizontal and connected by an arc with a straight line inclined at an angle of approximately 70° to the horizontal. The grip portion of the bottle is composed of two concave arcs constituting finger recesses and a slightly convex line inclined at an angle of approximately 70° to the horizontal and connected to the upper wall of the bottle, which is provided with a threaded neck. Viewed from above (Fig. 6) and from below (Fig. 7), the bottle has the shape of an oval with chamfers on both sides, parallel to its shorter axis. The bottle shown in Figs. 8 to 14 differs from the one described above in that the lever spray head is screwed onto its threaded neck using a threaded, knurled cap. From a side view, this head has the shape of a rectangle with three corners cut off: the lower left corner, the upper right corner, and the lower right corner, forming an irregular hexagon. The front of the head houses the spray nozzle attachment, and beneath it is the trigger lever, similar in shape to a gun trigger. Thanks to this shape, the bottle, along with the lever spray head screwed onto it, forms a kind of handgrip in its upper part, whereby when the bottle is gripped, the index finger rests on the spray head lever. The bottle shown in the attached photos and the spray head are preferably white, while the knurled spray head cap, nozzle attachment, and trigger lever are black.
