Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape, configuration, ornamentation and pattern as applied to the toothbrush handle shown in the drawings.The toothbrush handle comprises an elongated body including a head portion, a handle portion and an angled neck portion merging the head and handle portions.The free ends of the toothbrush handle body have an arcuate shape as shown in plan. The neck portion has substantially straight sides. The sides of the toothbrush handle in the handle portion diverge from the neck portion and then taper near the free arcuate end of the handleportion.The top surface of the toothbrush handle in the head and neck portions is substantially planar. The planar surface extends for a short distance into the handle portion forming a thumb rest, a circular projection being disposed thereon. The remainder of the top surface in the handleportion is slightly convexly curved.
