Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki okiennej, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia klamke z cylindryczna czescia osadcza i polaczona z nia lukiem - lekko wypukla czescia chwytowa w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku od dolu, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku od strony czolowej, fig. 6 -odmiane klamki - z cylindryczna czescia osadcza i polaczona z nia lukiem, prosta czescia chwytowa, w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 8 - te sama klamke w widoku od dolu, fig. 9 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 10 - te sama klamke w widoku od strony czolowej. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 10 sklada sie z cylindrycznej czesci osadczej, w postaci polaczonego z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, zaopatrzonym w kwadratowy otwór, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki, majaca w widoku z góry ksztalt trapezu lekko zwezajacego sie w kierunku od czesci chwytowej i polaczona z czescia osadcza pod katem prostym. Czesc osadcza klamki z cylindryczna czescia osadcza przedstawiona na fig. 1 do 5 ma w widoku z boku lekko wypukla czesc chwytowa zwezajaca sie nieznacznie w kierunku do trzpienia osadczego. Czesc chwytowa ma w widoku od strony czolowej ksztalt owalny rozszerzajacy sie w kierunku czesci osadczej. W widoku z boku czesc chwytowa ma postac wypuklego luku o bardzo duzym promieniu. Koncowa powierzchnia czesci chwytowej jest scieta plaszczyzna nachylona w kierunku na zewnatrz. Klamka przedstawiona na fig. 6 do 10 tym rózni sie od wedlug fig. 1 do 5, ze jej czesc osadcza laczy sie z czescia chwytowa lukiem o mniejszym promieniu, a ponadto czesc chwytowa w widoku z boku jest ograniczona dwoma prostymi zbieznymi w kierunku na zewnatrz klamki, zas jej powierzchnia koncowa jest scieta plaszczyzna nachylona w kierunku do wewnatrz. DM /053 000 (WIPO). Window handle. The subject of the ornamental design is a window handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the window handle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a handle with a cylindrical mounting part and a slightly convex grip part connected to it by an arc, fig. 2 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, fig. 4 - the same handle in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same handle in a front view, fig. 6 - handle variations - with a cylindrical mounting part and a straight grip part connected to it by an arc, in a top view, fig. 7 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 8 - the same handle in a bottom view, fig. 9 - the same handle in a perspective view, and fig. 10 - the same handle in a front view. A handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to 10 consists of a cylindrical mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin provided with a square hole, and on the other side to a gripping part of the handle, which in a top view has the shape of a trapezoid, slightly tapering away from the gripping part and is connected to the mounting part at a right angle. The mounting part of the handle with the cylindrical mounting part shown in Figs. 1 to 5 has a slightly convex gripping part in a side view, tapering slightly towards the mounting pin. In a frontal view, the gripping part has an oval shape, widening towards the mounting part. In a side view, the gripping part has the form of a convex arc with a very large radius. The end surface of the gripping part is a truncated plane inclined towards the outside. The handle shown in Figs. 6 to 10 differs from the handle shown in Figs. 1 to 5 in that its mounting part connects to the gripping part with an arc of a smaller radius, and furthermore, the gripping part in a side view is limited by two straight lines converging towards the outside of the handle, while its end surface is a truncated plane inclined towards the inside.
