Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac galki drzwiowej, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia galke drzwiowa z owalna czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama galke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama galke w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - odmiane galki z czescia chwytowa w ksztalcie prostokata z lukowo wypuklym dluzszym bokiem, w widokuperspektywicznym, fig. 5 - te sama galke w widoku z przodu, a fig. 6 - te sama galke w widoku z góiy. Galka drzwiowa wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa galki. W galce drzwiowej przedstawionej na fig. 1 do fig. 3 czesc chwytowa ma w widoku z przodu postac owalu, natomiast w widoku z góry czesc chwytowa rozszerza sie nieznacznie w kierunku czesci osadczej, z która laczy sie w przyblizeniu pod katem prostym.Koncowa powierzchnia czesci chwytowej jest lekko scieta w kierunku osi trzpienia osadczego. Czesc osadcza w widoku z góry ma ksztalt scietego stozka, laczacego sie wezsza podstawa z czescia chwytowa, natomiast szersza podstawa, zakonczona czescia prostokatna - z walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, natomiast w widoku perspektywicznym czesc osadcza ma ksztalt scietego graniastoslupa. Czesc chwytowa galki drzwiowej, przedstawionej na fig. 4 do fig. 6 w widoku z przodu przypomina odwrócona plaska lyzke, mianowicie sklada sie ona z figuiy w ksztalcie prostokata z lukowo wypuklym dluzszym bokiem, polaczonej z czescia osadcza za posrednictwem dwóch lagodnych luków. W widoku z góry czesc przednia czesci chwytowej jest plaska, natomiast jej czesc tylna, zweza sie od czesci osadczej w kierunku koncowej powierzchni czesci chwytowej. Czesc chwytowa jest zakonczona plaska powierzchnia nachylona w kierunku strony przedniej galki. Czesc osadcza w widoku z góry ma ksztalt prostokata z lekko lukowymi dluzszymi bokami i lekko rozchylona koncówka. Priority from 10 April 2001, no. DM/ 055 890 (WIPO) Door knob The subject of the industrial design is a door knob. The essence of the design is a new form of the door knob, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and grip part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: fig. 1 - shows a door knob with an oval gripping part in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same knob in a front view, fig. 3 - the same knob in a top view, fig. 4 - a variant of the knob with a gripping part in the shape of a rectangle with a convex arch on the longer side, in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same knob in a front view, and fig. 6 - the same knob in a top view. The door knob according to the design shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the gripping part of the knob. In the door knob shown in Figs. 1 to 3, the grip portion is oval in the front view, while in the top view, the grip portion widens slightly towards the mounting portion, with which it connects at approximately a right angle. The end surface of the grip portion is slightly beveled towards the axis of the mounting pin. In the top view, the mounting portion has the shape of a truncated cone, connecting at its narrower base to the grip portion, while the wider base, terminating in a rectangular section, connects to the cylindrical mounting pin. In the perspective view, the mounting portion has the shape of a truncated prism. The grip portion of the door knob shown in Figs. 4 to 6 in a front view resembles an inverted flat spoon; it consists of a rectangular figure with a convex-arc long side connected to the mounting portion by two gentle arcs. In a top view, the front portion of the grip portion is flat, while its rear portion tapers from the mounting portion toward the end surface of the grip portion. The grip portion terminates in a flat surface inclined toward the front side of the knob. In a top view, the mounting portion has a rectangular shape with slightly curved long sides and a slightly flared tip. The cylindrical mounting pin in the top view does not protrude centrally from the end of the mounting part, but is slightly shifted towards the gripping part.
