Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku od wewnetrznej strony czesci chwytowej, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 5- te sama klamke w widokuod zewnetrznej strony czesci chwytowej, a fig. 6 - te sama klamke w widoku od strony koncówki czesci chwytowej. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawionego na fig. 1 do fig. 6 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim nieuwidocznionym na rysunku walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac scietego stozka zwezajacego sie nieznacznie od strony trzpienia osadczego do czesci chwytowej. Czesc chwytowa jest w przekroju poprzecznym owalna, wygieta lukowo wypukloscia na zewnatrz, oraz lukowo polaczona z czescia osadcza. W widoku od strony wewnetrznej i zewnetrznej czesc chwytowa ma obrys zblizony do prostokata z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem, w miejscu polaczenia z czescia osadcza. Czesc chwytowa jest od strony zewnetrznej lekko scieta w czesci koncowej, oraz w miejscu polaczenia czesci chwytowej z czescia osadcza. Priority from 8 November 2001, no. DM/ 057 940 (WIPO) Door Handle The subject of the industrial design is a window or door handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and grip part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which: Fig. 1 - shows the handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the same handle viewed from the inside of the grip part, Fig. 4 - the same handle viewed from the side, Fig. 5 - the same handle viewed from the outside of the grip part, and Fig. 6 - the same handle viewed from the tip of the grip part. A handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to Fig. 6 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short, cylindrical mounting pin (not shown in the drawing), and on the other to the grip part of the handle. The mounting part of the handle has the form of a truncated cone, narrowing slightly from the mounting pin side towards the grip part. The grip section is oval in cross-section, arched with an outward convexity, and arcuately connected to the mounting section. Viewed from the inside and outside, the grip section has a rectangular outline with a rounded shorter side at the point of connection with the mounting section. The grip section is slightly beveled on the outside at the end and at the point where the grip section connects to the mounting section.
