Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka okienna wzglednie drzwiowa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - klamke z czescia osadcza stanowiaca wklesly walec i polaczonej z wygieta do góry, zwezajaca sie ku koncowi czescia chwytowa w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki, przy czym czesc osadcza ma postac walcowego czopa, natomiast czesc chwytowa jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej i przynajmniej trzykrotnie od niej dluzsza.W klamce przedstawionej na fig. 1 do fig. 4 czesc osadcza ma postac wkleslego walca, zas jej czesc chwytowa jest w widoku z przodu lukowo wygieta do góry i zweza sie ku koncowi, natomiast w miejscu polaczenia z czescia osadcza jest pogrubiona. Natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt wydluzonej elipsy zwezajacej sie od strony polaczenia z czescia osadcza. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting portion and grip portion. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a handle with a mounting portion constituting a concave cylinder connected to a grip portion bent upwards and tapering towards the tip, in a side view; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a perspective view; and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design. The handle according to the pattern shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the grip part of the handle, wherein the mounting part has the form of a cylindrical pin, while the grip part is approximately perpendicular to the mounting part and at least three times longer than it. In the handle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the mounting part has the form of a concave cylinder, while its grip part is, in the front view, arched upwards and tapering towards the tip, while it is thickened at the point of connection with the mounting part. In the top view, however, it has the shape of an elongated ellipse, tapering towards the side of the connection with the mounting part.
