Pierwszenstwo od dnia 15 grudnia 2000 r., nr DM/ 054 381 (WIPO) Klamka Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest klamka okienna wzglednie drzwiowa.Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie je j czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke z cylindryczna czescia osadcza i polaczona z nia eliptyczna czescia chwytowa majaca w widoku z boku ksztalt owalu i zakonczona powierzchnia plaska w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki, przy czym czesc osadcza ma postac walcowego czopa, natomiast czesc chwytowa jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej i przynajmniej trzykrotnie od niej dluzsza. W klamce przedstawionej na fig. 1 do fig. 4 czesc osadcza ma postac walca, natomiast polaczona z nia pod katem prostym czesc chwytowa ma w widoku z boku ksztalt owalu i nieznacznie wystaje z lewego boku poza czesc osadcza. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa jest w czesci srodkowej lekko wypukla z obydwu stron, natomiast w widoku z góry jest w czesci srodkowej lekko wklesla. Koncowa powierzchnia czesci chwytowej jest zakonczona prostopadla do jej osi, plaska, owalna powierzchnia. Klamka wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonana z dowolnych materialów i w dowolnych kolorach. DM/ 054 381 (WIPO) Handle The subject of the ornamental design is a window or door handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and the grip part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a handle with a cylindrical mounting part and an elliptical grip part connected to it, having an oval shape in a side view and ending in a flat surface in a side view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a perspective view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view. A handle according to the design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to a gripping part of the handle, wherein the mounting part is in the form of a cylindrical pin, while the gripping part is approximately perpendicular to the mounting part and at least three times its length. In the handle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the mounting part is in the form of a cylinder, while the gripping part, connected to it at a right angle, is oval-shaped in a side view and protrudes slightly beyond the mounting part on the left side. In the front view, the gripping part is slightly convex in its central section on both sides, while in the top view it is slightly concave in its central section. The end surface of the grip portion is perpendicular to its axis, with a flat, oval surface. The handle can be made of any material and in any color, according to the design. PL PL PL
