Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: rysunek zbiorczy - przedstawia klamke oraz odmiane klamki z czescia osadcza, zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej boczny wystep, fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - te sama klamke wwidoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - odmiane klamki z czescia osadcza, zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej boczny wystep, w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry, fig. 8 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 9 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 10 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 10 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac walca, natomiast jej czesc chwytowa jest prosta i w widoku z góry i z dolu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata. Powierzchnia czolowa czesci chwytowej jest scieta, natomiast jej koncówka jest zakonczona scieta powierzchnia, w kierunku do zewnetrznej strony czesci chwytowej, oraz od strony tylnej - zaopatrzona w wystep, zapobiegajacy zsunieciu sie reki z klamki. Czesc tylna czesci chwytowej jest pólokragla. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest przesunieta w stosunku do osi trzpienia osadczego, i laczy sie lukowo z czescia osadcza. Klamka przedstawiona na fig. 6do fig. 10 rózni sie od klamki wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 5 tym, ze jej czesc osadcza jest zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej boczny wystep, o zaokraglonym koncu. Priority from 24 June 2002, no. DM/ 060 410 (WIPO) Door handle The subject of the industrial design is a window or door handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and grip part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing - shows a handle and a variant of the handle with a mounting part provided with a lateral projection perpendicular to it, fig. 1 - shows the handle in a front view, fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 3 - the same handle in a back view, fig. 4 - the same handle in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 6 - a variant of the handle with a mounting part provided with a lateral projection perpendicular to it, in a front view, fig. 7 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 8 - the same handle in a back view, fig. 9 - the same handle in a perspective view, and fig. 10 - the same handle in a side view. The handle, as shown in Figures 1 to 10, consists of a mounting section connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the grip section. The mounting section of the handle is cylindrical, while its grip section is straight and, when viewed from above and below, roughly rectangular. The front surface of the grip section is chamfered, while its tip is chamfered towards the outside of the grip section and provided with a protrusion on the rear side to prevent the hand from slipping off the handle. The rear portion of the grip section is semicircular. The grip section of the handle is offset relative to the axis of the mounting pin and connects to the mounting section in an arc. The handle shown in Fig. 6 to Fig. 10 differs from the handle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 in that its mounting part is provided with a perpendicular lateral projection with a rounded end.
