Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: rysunek zbiorczy - przedstawia klamke oraz odmiane klamki z czescia osadcza, zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej boczny wystep, fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z góiy, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 5 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 6 - odmiane klamki z czescia osadcza, zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niejboczny wystep, w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry, fig. 8 - te sama klamke w widoku z tylu, fig. 9 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 10 - te sama klamke w widoku z boku. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 10 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac stozka o podstawie owalu, scietego od wewnetrznej strony klamki, w kierunku od trzpienia osadczego do czesci chwytowej. Czesc osadcza ma w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt owalu. Ponadto czesc osadcza jest zaopatrzona w przelotowy otwór do osadzenia przycisku blokujacego. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest prosta i w widoku z przodu, z góry i z tylu ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, natomiast w widoku z boku - ma ksztalt pieciokata, przy czym bok znajdujacy sie od strony tylnej czesci chwytowej, ma postac luku. Powierzchnia czolowa czesci chwytowej jest scieta, natomiast jej koncówka jest zakonczona scieta powierzchnia, w kierunku do zewnetrznej strony czesci chwytowej, natomiast od strony tylnej - zaopatrzona w wystep, zapobiegajacy zsunieciu sie reki z klamki. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest przesunieta w stosunku do osi trzpienia osadczego, i laczy sie lukowo z czescia osadcza. Klamka przedstawiona na fig. 6 do fig. 10 rózni sie od klamki wedlug fig. 1 do fig. 5 tym, ze jej czesc osadcza jest zaopatrzona w prostopadly do niej boczny wystep, o zaokraglonym koncu. Priority from 12 July 2002, no. DM/ 060 647 (WIPO) Door Handle The subject of the industrial design is a window or door handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and gripping part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: the collective drawing shows a handle and a variant of the handle with a mounting part provided with a lateral projection perpendicular to it, fig. 1 shows the handle in a front view, fig. 2 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 3 - the same handle in a back view, fig. 4 - the same handle in a perspective view, fig. 5 - the same handle in a side view, fig. 6 - a variant of the handle with a mounting part provided with a lateral projection perpendicular to it, in a front view, fig. 7 - the same handle in a top view, fig. 8 - the same handle in a back view, fig. 9 - the same handle in a perspective view, and fig. 10 - the same handle in a side view. The handle according to the design shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10 consists of a mounting portion connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the grip portion of the handle. The mounting portion of the handle is in the form of a cone with an oval base, truncated from the inner side of the handle, in the direction from the mounting pin to the grip portion. The mounting portion has an oval shape in cross-section. Furthermore, the mounting portion is provided with a through hole for mounting a locking button. The grip portion of the handle is straight and, when viewed from the front, top, and back, has a shape similar to a rectangle, while in a side view, it has a pentagonal shape, with the side located on the back of the grip portion having the form of an arc. The front surface of the gripping part is chamfered, while its tip ends with a chamfered surface towards the outer side of the gripping part, while the rear side is provided with a protrusion that prevents the hand from slipping off the handle. The gripping part of the handle is offset relative to the axis of the mounting pin and connects in an arc with the mounting part. The handle shown in Fig. 6 to Fig. 10 differs from the handle according to Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 in that its mounting part is provided with a perpendicular lateral protrusion with a rounded end.
