Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie je j czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia klamke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry.Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac scietego stozka nieznacznie zwezajacego sie od strony trzpienia osadczego do czesci chwytowej, natomiast czesc chwytowa jest lukowo wygieta wypukloscia na zewnatrz i w widoku z góry ma postac wypuklego luku o duzym promieniu krzywizny. Czesc osadcza laczy sie z czescia chwytowa w przyblizeniu pod katem prostym. Czesc chwytowa klamki ma w widoku z boku ksztalt pieciokata, przy czym bok znajdujacy sie od strony tylnej, czesci chwytowej ma postac luku. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata (z nieznacznie zbieznymi do siebie dluzszymi bokami) z zaokraglonym krótszym bokiem, w miejscu polaczenia z czescia osadcza. Koncowa powierzchnia czesci chwytowej jest lekko scieta w kierunku strony przedniej klamki. Priority from 10 April 2001, no. DM/ 055 890 (WIPO) Door handle The subject of the industrial design is a window or door handle. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and gripping part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the handle in a side view; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a perspective view; Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a top view. The handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to 4 consists of a mounting part connected on one side to a short, cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the grip part of the handle. The mounting part of the handle has the form of a truncated cone, slightly tapering from the mounting pin side towards the grip part, while the grip part is curved with an outward convexity and, when viewed from above, has the form of a convex arc with a large radius of curvature. The mounting part connects to the grip part at approximately a right angle. The grip portion of the handle has a pentagonal shape in a side view, with the rear side of the grip portion being arc-shaped. In the front view, the grip portion is roughly rectangular (with slightly converging longer sides) with a rounded shorter side where it connects to the mounting portion. The end surface of the grip portion is slightly beveled towards the front of the handle. The handle can be made of any material and in any color, as shown in the pattern.
