Zespól klamki okiennej Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zespól klamki okiennej zlozony z klamki i rozety. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zespolu klamki okiennej, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia zespól klamki okiennej w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - zespól w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - zespól w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 4 -zespól w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - zespól w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 6 - zespól w widoku od dolu, a fig. 7 - zespól w widoku z tylu. Zespól klamki okiennej wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch elementów, a mianowicie z rozety i osadzonej w niej obrotowo klamki. Rozeta zespolu ma postac równolegloscianu o jednakowej grubosci, zakonczonego u góry i u dolu pólokregami. W dolnej czesci jest zaopatrzona od spodu w dwa nadlewy z otworami do osadzenia w nich srub, sluzacych do przymocowania rozety do skrzydla okna. Ponadto w swym srodku geometrycznym rozeta jest zaopatrzona w otwór o srednicy nieco wiekszej od srednicy czopa klamki okiennej, która jest obrotowo osadzona w tym otworze. Klamka okienna osadzona obrotowo w rozecie sklada sie ze zgrubionej czesci osadczej oraz z polaczonej z nia lukiem i prostopadlej do niej czesci chwytowej, zakonczonej odgieciem w kierunku do dolu i scieta powierzchnia czolowa. Czesc chwytowa klamki jest zaopatrzona, w widoku z boku, w cztery lukowe wciecia umozliwiajace osadzenie w nich palców w trakcie chwytania klamki, zas w widoku z przodu i w przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do owalu ze splaszczona powierzchnia górna, która w widoku z góry tworzy rodzaj petli. Zgrubiona czesc osadcza klamki jest zaopatrzona w nie- uwidoczniony na rysunku czop, wchodzacy w srodkowy otwór rozety w celu obrotowego osadzenia w niej klamki. Zespól klamki okiennej wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonany z dowolnych materialów i w dowolnych kolorach. Window handle assembly The subject of the ornamental design is a window handle assembly consisting of a handle and a rosette. The essence of the design is a new form of the window handle assembly, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the window handle assembly in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the assembly in a front view, fig. 3 - the assembly in a right side view, fig. 4 - the assembly in a top view, fig. 5 - the assembly in a left side view, fig. 6 - the assembly in a bottom view, and fig. 7 - the assembly in a back view. The window handle assembly, as designed, consists of two components: a rosette and a handle pivotally mounted within it. The rosette assembly is a parallelepiped of equal thickness, topped with semicircles at the top and bottom. The lower section is provided with two lugs at the bottom, each with holes for mounting screws used to secure the rosette to the window sash. Furthermore, the rosette has a hole in its geometric center with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the window handle's pivot, which is pivotally mounted within this hole. The window handle pivotally mounted within the rosette consists of a thickened mounting section and a grip section connected to it by an arc and perpendicular to it, terminating in a downward bend and a chamfered front surface. The gripping portion of the handle is provided, in a side view, with four arc-shaped recesses allowing the fingers to rest within them when grasping the handle. In a front view and cross-section, it has a roughly oval shape with a flattened upper surface, which, in a top view, forms a sort of loop. The thickened mounting portion of the handle is provided with a pin (not shown in the drawing) that engages the central hole of the rosette for rotatable mounting of the handle. The window handle assembly, according to the pattern, can be made of any material and in any color.
