Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klamka okienna wzglednie drzwiowa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac klamki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie jej czesci osadczej i czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których, fig. 1 przedstawia klamke ze stozkowa czescia osadcza i polaczona z nia lukowo wygieta czescia chwytowa, w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - te sama klamke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama klamke w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 4 - te sama klamke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Klamka wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 4 sklada sie z czesci osadczej, polaczonej z jednej strony z krótkim walcowym trzpieniem osadczym, z drugiej zas z czescia chwytowa klamki, przy czym czesc osadcza ma postac walcowego czopa, natomiast czesc chwytowa jest w przyblizeniu prostopadla do czesci osadczej i przynajmniej trzykrotnie od niej dluzsza. Czesc osadcza klamki ma postac stozka nieznacznie zwezajacego sie od strony trzpienia osadczego do czesci chwytowej. Czesc chwytowajest lukowo wygieta wypukloscia na zewnatrz i w widoku z góry ma postac wypuklego luku o duzym promieniu. W widoku z przodu czesc chwytowa ma ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi mniejszymi bokami, a jej koniec tworzy powierzchnie nachylona do osi trzpienia osadczego. The essence of the design is a new form of the handle, manifested in the shape of its mounting part and gripping part. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a handle with a conical mounting part and a connected, arched gripping part, in a side view; Fig. 2 shows the same handle in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the same handle in a perspective view; and Fig. 4 shows the same handle in a top view. Essential features of the industrial design. A handle according to the design shown in Figs. 1 to 4 consists of a mounting portion connected on one side to a short cylindrical mounting pin and on the other to the grip portion of the handle. The mounting portion is in the form of a cylindrical pin, while the grip portion is approximately perpendicular to the mounting portion and at least three times longer than it. The mounting portion of the handle is in the form of a cone, slightly tapering from the mounting pin side to the grip portion. The grip portion is curved with an outward convexity and, in a top view, has the form of a convex arc with a large radius. In a front view, the grip portion is rectangular in shape with rounded smaller sides, and its end forms a surface inclined to the axis of the mounting pin.
