Przedmiotem wzoru jest butelka z nakrecona na jej gwintowana szyjke wkladka wylewowa i nasadka zamykajaca . Nowa postac wzoruzmierzajaca do celów zdobniczych wystepuje w ksztalcie butelki oraz w ksztalcie i barwie wkladki wylewowej i nasadki zamykajacej. Butelka z nakrecona wkladka wylewowa i nasadka zamykajaca jest przeznaczona do przechowywania i dozowania zelów oraz cieczy o duzej gestosci. Górne scianki butelki sa ,w widoku z przodu, nachylone pod katem okolo 120 stopni w stosunku do scianek bocznych . Z prawej strony butelka jest zaopatrzona w równolegloboczne wyciecie z zaokraglonymi narozami umozliwiajace chwycenie jej dlonia, zas dolne prawe naroze butelki pod tym wycieciem jest sciete równolegle do krótszego boku wyciecia. W górnej czesci butelka jest zaopatrzona w gwintowana szyjke, na która jest nakrecony wklad wylewowy, majacy postac rurki, polaczonej z pierscieniowa nakretka zaopatrzona w gwint wewnetrzny, wspólpracujacy z zewnetrznym gwintem szyjki butelki. Na górna czesc rurki nasadzona jest nasadka zamykajaca, przy czym zarówno wkladka wylewowa jak i nasadka zamykajaca maja ciemna barwe wkladu wylewowego. W widoku z boku butelka ma ksztalt trapezu zwezajacego sie nieco w kierunku do góry, przy czym szerokosc butelki w jej górnej czesci jest równa srednicy pierscieniowej nasadki . W widoku z góry i z dolu butelka ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalu ze scietymi bokami równoleglymi do krótszej osi owalu, przy czym sciecia te stanowia wypukle luki o duzym promieniu. Butelka przedstawiona na fig. 1 do fig. 6 ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt prostokata ze scietymi trzema narozami , przy czym stosunek boków prostokata jest w przyblizeniu równy 1:1,75, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu o stosunku osi 1:2, przy czym sciecia tego owalu równolegle do jego krótszej osi maja postac wypuklych luków o duzym promieniu.Odmiana butelki wedlug wzoru przedstawiona na fig.7 do fig. 12 tym rózni sie od wyzej opisanej, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata ze scietymi trzema narozami , przy czym stosunek boków prostokata jest równy w przyblizeniu 1:2, natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu o stosunku osi wynoszacym 1:3, przy czym sciecia owalu równolegle do jego krótszej osi sa prostoliniowe. Butelka przedstawiona na fig.13 do fig.18 rózni sie od wyzej opisanych tym, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt prostokata ze scietymi trzema narozami , przy czym stosunku boków prostokata jest równy w przyblizeniu 1: 2,5 , natomiast w widoku z góry ma ksztalt owalu o stosunku osi wynoszacym 1:2 , przy czym sciecia tego owalu równolegle do jego krótszej osi maja postac wypuklych luków o duzym promieniu . The bottle with a screw-on pouring insert and a closure cap as shown in the design consists of a transparent or translucent plastic bottle that, when viewed from the front, has a shape roughly resembling a rectangle with cut corners. The upper walls of the bottle, when viewed from the front, are inclined at an angle of approximately 120 degrees to the side walls. On the right side, the bottle is provided with a parallelogram cutout with rounded corners, allowing it to be gripped by hand, while the lower right corner of the bottle below this cutout is cut parallel to the shorter side of the cutout. The bottle's upper section features a threaded neck onto which a pouring insert is screwed, in the form of a tube connected to a ring-shaped cap with internal threads that engage with the external threads of the bottle's neck. A closing cap is placed on the upper section of the tube, with both the pouring insert and the closing cap having the dark color of the pouring insert. From the side, the bottle has a trapezoidal shape that tapers slightly upward, with the width of the bottle at its upper section equal to the diameter of the ring-shaped cap. From the top and bottom, the bottle has the shape of an elongated oval with beveled sides parallel to the shorter axis of the oval, these bevels forming convex arcs with a large radius. The bottle shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 6 has, in a front view, the shape of a rectangle with three corners cut off, the ratio of the rectangle sides being approximately 1:1.75, while in a top view it has the shape of an oval with an axis ratio of 1:2, the cuts of this oval parallel to its shorter axis having the form of convex arcs with a large radius. The bottle variant according to the pattern shown in Fig. 7 to Fig. 12 differs from the one described above in that in a front view it has the shape of a rectangle with three corners cut off, the ratio of the rectangle sides being approximately 1:2, while in a top view it has the shape of an oval with an axis ratio of 1:3, the cuts of the oval parallel to its shorter axis being rectilinear. The bottle shown in Fig. 13 to Fig. 18 differs from those described above in that in the front view it has the shape of a rectangle with three corners cut off, the ratio of the sides of the rectangle being approximately 1:2.5, whereas in the top view it has the shape of an oval with the ratio of the axes being 1:2, the cuts of this oval parallel to its shorter axis have the form of convex arcs with a large radius.
