Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie czesci pojemnikowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na materia- le ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig. 1 pokazuje butelke w odmianie z wydluzona czescia górna, a fig. 2 - butelke w odmianie z nizsza czescia górna. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zawiera czesc pojemni- kowa zakonczona od góry glówka, a od dolu dnem. Glówka posiada obwodowy kolnierz wystajacy nieznacznie poza szyjke czesci pojemnikowej. Czesc pojemnikowa ma obly ksztalt utworzony ze stosunkowo szerokiej szyjki przechodzacej lagodnym lukiem o promieniu zewnetrznym w czesc polozona w obszarze górnym rozszerzajaca sie lagodnym lukiem o promieniu wewnetrznym przechodzaca w wysoka czesc walcowa przechodzaca w obszarze dolnym lagodnym lukiem o promieniu wewnetrznym w dno. W pierwszej odmianie szyjka zawierajaca sie w czesci pojemnikowej jest wyzsza, tworzac wydluzona czesc górna czesci pojemnikowej, a w drugiej - nizsza, tworzac skrócona czesc górna czesci pojemnikowej butelki. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object manifested in the shape of the container part. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrative material, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a variant with an elongated upper part, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a variant with a lower upper part. The bottle according to the industrial design comprises a container part terminated by a head at the top and a bottom at the bottom. The head has a circumferential flange protruding slightly beyond the neck of the container part. The container part has a rounded shape consisting of a relatively wide neck, which flows through a gentle arc with an outer radius into a part located in the upper region, widening into a gentle arc with an inner radius and transitioning into a tall cylindrical part, which flows through a gentle arc with an inner radius into the bottom in the lower region. In the first variant, the neck contained in the container part is higher, creating an elongated upper part of the container part, and in the second, it is lower, creating a shortened upper part of the container part of the bottle.
