Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nasadka butelki przeznaczona do zamykania butelek. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1- przedstawia widok perspektywiczny nasadki butelki, fig. 2 - nasadka butelki w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - nasadka butelka w widoku od dolu, fig.4 - nasadka butelki w widoku od góry. Nasadka butelki, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja sie tym, ze na obwodzie cylindrycznej nasadki, w dolnej czesci umieszczony jest rzad prostopadlych do podstawy podluznych wyzlobien o wysokosci stanowiacej okolo 1/3 wysokosci nasadki, powyzej których srednica nasadki zmniejsza sie o okolo 1/5. W srodkowej czesci nasadki umieszczony jest na obwodzie rzad elementów o ksztalcie piecioboków z najkrótszym bokiem w górnej czesci. Czesc górna nasadki jest gladka a krawedz górna jest lekko zaokraglona. Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na obwodzie cylindrycznej nasadki, w dolnej czesci umieszczony jest rzad prostopadlych do podstawy podluznych wyzlobien o wysokosci stanowiacej okolo 1/3 wysokosci nasadki, powyzej których srednica nasadki zmniejsza sie o okolo 1/5. W srodkowej czesci nasadki umieszczony jest na obwodzie rzad elementów o ksztalcie piecioboków z najkrótszym bokiem w górnej czesci. Czesc górna nasadki jest gladka a krawedz górna jest lekko zaokraglona, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1-4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle cap intended for closing bottles. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the bottle cap, Fig. 2 shows the bottle cap from the front, Fig. 3 shows the bottle cap from the bottom, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle cap from the top. The bottle cap, according to the industrial design, is characterized by a row of elongated grooves perpendicular to the base, with a height of approximately 1/3 of the cap's height, above which the cap's diameter decreases by approximately 1/5. In the central part of the cap, a row of pentagonal elements is placed around the circumference, with the shortest side at the top. The top of the cap is smooth, and the upper edge is slightly rounded. The essential features of this industrial design are that, on the circumference of the cylindrical cap, in the lower part, there is a row of elongated grooves perpendicular to the base, with a height of approximately 1/3 of the cap's height, above which the cap's diameter decreases by approximately 1/5. In the central part of the cap, a row of pentagonal elements is placed around the circumference, with the shortest side at the top.
