Pojemnik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 10.02.2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szklany pojemnik. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu, jadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane ppjemnika w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - druga odmiane pojemnika z fig.1 w widoku z przodu, fig.3 - trzecia odmiane pojemnika z fjg. 1 w widoku z przodu, fig.4 - odmiane pojemnika z fig. 3 w widoku przodu, a fig.5 do fig. 8 przedstawiaja widok z góry pomnika z fig. 1 do fig. 4, zas fig.9przedstawia fotografie pojemnika z fig. 1 i jego odmiany z fig. 2 w róznych kolorach. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Pojemnik, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt bryly w postaci walca, posiadajacy w górnej czesci cylindryczna szyjke, osadzona wspólsrodkowo na okraglej podstawie i zakonczona wywinietym na zewnatrz kolnierzem, przy czym stosunek dlugosci srednicy podstawy pojemnika do jego wysokosci wynosi okolo 0,24, a stosunek dlugosci szyjki do wysokosci pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,09, zas stosunek dlugosci srednicy podstawy do wysokosci korpusu pojemnika bez szyjki wynosi okolo 0,26. Druga odmiane wzoru stanowi pojemnik, który ma ksztalt bryly w postaci walca z usytuowanym w górnej czesci okraglym otworem, którego zewnetrzna srednica równa jest srednicy podstawy tego pojemnika, a stosunek srednicy podstawy do wysokosci pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,28. Odmiana pojemnika wykonana jest we wszystkich kolorach. Druga odmiane pojemnika przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 2 i fig.6 oraz na fotografii fig. 9. Trzecia odmiane wzoru stanowi pojemnik w ksztalcie bryly w postaci walca, posiadajacy w górnej czesci cylindryczna szyjke, osadzona wspólsrodkowo na okraglej podstawie i zakonczona wywinietym na zewnatrz kolnierzem, przy czym stosunek dlugosci srednicy podstawy pojemnika do jego wysokosci wynosi okolo 0,31, a stosunek dlugosciszyjki do wysokosci pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,12, zas stosunek dlugosci srednicy podstawy do wysokosci korpusu pojemnika bez szyjki wynosi okolo 0,36. Pojemnik wykonany jest we wszystkich kolorach. Trzecia odmiane pojemnika przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 3 i fig.7. Czwarta odmiane wzoru stanowi pojemnik, który ma ksztalt bryly w postaci walca z usytuowanym w górnej czesci okraglym otworem, którego zewnetrzna srednica równa jest srednicy podstawy tego pojemnika, a stosunek srednicy podstawy do wysokosci pojemnika wynosi okolo 0,38. The subject of the industrial design is a glass container. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the object, characterized by the features of lines, contours, and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the container in a front view, Fig. 2 - the second variant of the container from Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 3 - the third variant of the container from Fig. 1 in a front view, Fig. 4 - the variant of the container from Fig. 3 in a front view, and Figs. 5 to Fig. 8 show top views of the monument from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, while Fig. 9 shows photographs of the container from Fig. 1 and its variants from Fig. 2 in various colors. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The container, according to the industrial design, is characterized by having a cylindrical shape with a cylindrical neck at the top, mounted concentrically on a circular base and ending with an outwardly turned-up collar, wherein the ratio of the container's base diameter to its height is approximately 0.24, the ratio of the neck length to the container height is approximately 0.09, and the ratio of the base diameter to the height of the container body excluding the neck is approximately 0.26. The container is made in all colors. The first variant of the container is shown in Figures 1 and 5 and in the photograph Figure 9. The second variant of the design is a container that has a cylindrical shape with a circular opening in the upper part, the outer diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the container's base, and the ratio of the base diameter to the container's height is approximately 0.28. This variant of the container is made in all colors. The second variant of the container is shown in Figures 2 and 6 and in the photograph Figure 9. The third variant of the design is a cylindrical container with a cylindrical neck in the upper part, mounted concentrically on a circular base and ending with an outwardly turned-up collar, wherein the ratio of the container's base diameter length to its height is approximately 0.31, the ratio of the neck length to the container height is approximately 0.12, and the ratio of the base diameter length to the height of the container body without the neck is approximately 0.36. The container is made in all colors. The third variant of the container is shown in Figures 3 and 7. The fourth design variant is a container that has a cylindrical shape with a round opening in the upper part, the outer diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the container's base, and the ratio of the base diameter to the container's height is approximately 0.38.
