Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania produktów spozywczych. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1- przedstawia iysunek butelki w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - material ilustracyjny butelki w widoku z przodu. Cecha istotna przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego jest odmienny ksztalt od dotychczas znanych wzorów. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na obwodzie posiada rzad uskoków o lagodnych przejsciach pomiedzy amplitudami, z których pierwszy uskok umieszczony jest na wysokosci okolo 1/8 od podstawy a ostatni uskok zakonczony jest na wysokosci okolo 5/8. Uskoki pozwalaja na wygodne trzymanie butelki w dloni. Poza tym, na dolnej czesci szyjka butelki posiada dwa kolnierze skierowane swoimi wierzcholkami ku dolowi, a ich dlugosc odpowiada glebokosci uskoku na sciankach butelki, zas przy krawedzi górnej szyjki usytuowane jest male pierscieniowe wybranie. Ponadto stosunek szerokosci podstawy butelki do jego wysokosci jest w przyblizeniu jak 1/4.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for storing food products. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, and Fig. 2 shows a front view of the bottle. A significant feature of the industrial design is its different shape from previously known designs. The bottle is characterized by a row of ridges along its circumference with smooth transitions between amplitudes, the first ridge being located approximately 1/8 of the height from the base, and the last ridge ending at approximately 5/8 of the height. The ridges allow the bottle to be held comfortably in the hand. Furthermore, the lower part of the bottleneck has two flanges, their apexes pointing downward, their length corresponding to the depth of the ridge on the bottle's walls.
