Abstract

The design consists of the features of shape ornament, pattern and configuration of the bottle shown in the drawings having a base portion of generally rectangular cross-section with rounded corners that tapers upwardly when viewed from the front to a generally cylindrical neck portion offset toward a side edge of the base portion with arcuate depressions in the neck portion. Portions shown by stippled lines are part of the article but do not form part of the design. The drawings show six variants which do not differ substantially from each other. Figures 1-7 show a first variant having a curved ledge along the lower sides of the base portion and a notch in the neck portion. Figures 8-12 show a second variant without the curved ledge along the lower sides of the base portion. Figures 13-15 show a third variant without the notch in the neck portion. Figures 16 -22 show a fourth variant, Figures 23 -27 show a fifth variant and Figures 28-30 show an sixth variant having a roughened surface with a multiplicity of small protrusions adjacent the upper end of the neck portion and otherwise identical to the first, second, third and four variant, respectively.
