Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka gladka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz ksztalcie jej odmian. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia widok butelki z przodu, fig. la - przedstawia widok dna tej butelki oraz fig. 2 do fig. 6 - przedstawiaja widoki z przodu kolejnych odmian butelki, a fig. 2a do fig. 6a - przedstawiaja widoki dna powyzszych kolejnych odmian butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. la - butelka posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy gladkie wklesle do srodka dno. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelka posiada ksztalt niskiego, rozlozystego stozka scietego, polaczonego z szyjka butelki. Szyjka zas ma ksztalt stozka scietego lecz wysokiego o minimalnie zmniejszajacej sie ku górze srednicy i zakonczona jest u góry gwintowanym nadlewem.Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 2 i fig. 2a posiada takze ksztalt walca, który na dole - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy dno uformowane kolejno od zewnatrz z dwóch waskich i dalej - w kierunku osi symetrii - z trzeciego szerokiego pierscienia, o zróznicowanym kacie nachylenia plaszczyzny kazdego z tych pierscieni Natomiast w czesci srodkowej dna znajduje sie koliste wglebienie z umiejscowiona w nim 4 - ramienna, dekoracyjna rozetka. Szyjka zas ma ksztalt stozka scietego - lecz wysokiego o minimalnie zmniejszajacej sie ku górze srednicy i zakonczona jest gwintowanym nadlewem. Kolejne, dalsze odmiany butelek róznia sie ksztaltem szyjki i odpowiednio ksztaltem dna. I tak butelka uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 3 i fig. 3a posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole - przy polaczeniu z podstawa - ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy wklesle do srodka, gladkie dno. Natomiast w górnej czesci butelka posiada ksztalt niskiego, rozlozystego stozka scietego polaczonego z szyjka butelki. Szyjka zas ma ksztalt walca, przy czym w górze - w poblizu gwintowanego nadlewu stanowiacego zakonczenie szyjki - srednica tego walca zmniejsza sie. Odmiana butelki przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 6 i fig. 6a - posiada jak wszystkie kolejne odmiany - ksztalt walca, który na dole przy polaczeniu z podstawa - ma lekko zaokraglone krawedzie brzegowe i tworzy dno uformowane kolejno od zewnatrz z dwóch waskich i dalej - w kierunku osi symetrii z trzeciego szerokiego pierscienia o zróznicowanym kacie nachylenia plaszczyzny kazdego z tych pierscieni. Natomiast w czesci srodkowej dna znajduje sie koliste wglebienie z umiejscowiona w nim 4 - ramienna, dekoracyjna rozetka. The subject of the industrial design is a smooth bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the shape of its variants. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the bottle, Fig. 1a shows a bottom view of this bottle, and Figs. 2 to Fig. 6 show front views of subsequent bottle variants, and Figs. 2a to Fig. 6a show bottom views of the above subsequent bottle variants. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, the bottle has the shape of a cylinder, which at the bottom - where it connects to the base - has slightly rounded edges and creates a smooth bottom concave inward. In its upper part, the bottle has the shape of a low, spreading truncated cone, connected to the bottleneck. The neck, in turn, is a truncated but tall cone with a diameter that decreases slightly upwards and is topped with a threaded boss. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a also has a cylindrical shape, which at the bottom—where it connects to the base—has slightly rounded edges and forms a bottom formed successively from the outside by two narrow rings, and then—further toward the axis of symmetry—from a third wide ring, with a varied angle of inclination of the plane of each ring. In the central part of the bottom, there is a circular recess with a four-pointed, decorative rosette located within it. The neck, in turn, is shaped like a truncated cone—but tall, with a diameter that decreases slightly upwards, and is finished with a threaded riser. Subsequent bottle varieties differ in the shape of the neck and, accordingly, the shape of the bottom. For example, the bottle shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a has a cylindrical shape, which at the bottom—where it connects to the base—has slightly rounded edges and forms a smooth, concave bottom. In the upper part, the bottle has the shape of a low, spreading truncated cone connected to the bottleneck. The neck, in turn, is cylindrical, but at the top—near the threaded riser that forms the neck's ending—the diameter of this cylinder decreases. Another bottle variety, shown in Figures 4 and 4a, also has a cylindrical shape, which at the bottom—where it connects to the base—has slightly rounded edges and forms a bottom formed successively from the outside by two narrow rings, and further toward the axis of symmetry by a third wide ring with a varying angle of inclination of the plane of each of these rings. In the central part of the bottom, there is a circular recess with a four-pointed, decorative rosette located within it. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. Sa also has a cylindrical shape, which at the bottom—where it connects to the base—has slightly rounded edges, creating a smooth, concave bottom. In contrast, the upper part of the bottle has the shape of a low, wide, truncated cone connected to the bottle neck. The neck, in turn, is shaped like a goblet with a wide base and a diameter that decreases in an arc toward the top, ending with a threaded boss. The bottle variant shown in Figures 6 and 6a, like all subsequent variants, has a cylindrical shape, which at the bottom, where it connects to the base, has slightly rounded edges and forms a bottom formed successively from the outside of two narrow rings and then, towards the axis of symmetry, from a third wide ring with a varying angle of inclination of the plane of each of these rings. Meanwhile, in the central part of the bottom, there is a circular recess with a four-pointed, decorative rosette located within it.
