Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego w zasadniczej czesci srodkowej posiada ksztalt walca. Walec ten zarówno przy górnej jak i dolnej podstawie lagodnymi lukami zwieksza swa srednice tworzac obwodowy, wypukly pas górny i nieco wezszy wypukly pas dolny. Kazdy z tych pasów laczy sie z kolejnym wypuklym nadlewem o nieco wiekszej srednicy, przy czym zarówno wysokosc jak i srednica nadlewu dolnego i górnego sa jednakowe. Nadlew dolny laczy sie nastepnie z podstawa o lukowatych konturach, która przechodzi w dno wklesle do srodka butelki. Natomiast w górnej czesci - powyzej pasa nadlewu górnego - butelka przybiera ksztalt kulisty i laczy sie z walcowata szyjka zakonczona gwintowanymi nadlewami. PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from April 5, 2001. The design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawing. As shown in the drawing, the bottle subject to the design is cylindrical in its central part. This cylinder increases in diameter with gentle curves at both the upper and lower bases, creating a circumferential, convex upper band and a slightly narrower, convex lower band. Each of these bands connects to another convex riser of a slightly larger diameter, with both the height and diameter of the lower and upper risers being the same. The lower riser then connects to a base with arched contours, which transitions into a concave bottom towards the center of the bottle. In the upper part – above the upper riser band – the bottle takes on a spherical shape and connects to a cylindrical neck with threaded risers.
