Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15.06.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do napojów, szczególnie alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawia rzut prostokatny butelki z przodu, fig. 4 - przedstawia rzut butelki z dolu i fig. 5 - przedstawia rzut butelki z boku. Jak pokazano na rysunkach butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego - w czesci zasadniczej - srodkowej ma ksztalt walca. Walec ten u góry i na dole posiada po dwa wypukle nadlewy w postaci lagodnych luków rozmieszczonych symetrycznie z przodu i z tylu butelki a zanikajacych na jej sciankach bocznych. Nadlewy te w widoku z dolu tworza ksztalt elipsy. Ponizej dolnych nadlewów butelka posiada na obwodzie pas lukowatego wglebienia, który nastepnie laczy sie z pasem w ksztalcie niskiego walca stanowiacego podstawe zakonczona od dolu wkleslym dnem. Natomiast powyzej górnych nadlewów butelka lagodnym lukiem laczy sie z wysmukla szyjka zakonczona gwintowanymi nadlewami. PL PL PLThe Bottle Design Registration Right is valid from June 15, 2001. The design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, reflected in its shape. The design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows a rectangular view of the bottle from the front, Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the side. As shown in the drawings, the bottle that is the subject of the design is cylindrical in its main, central part. This cylinder has two convex projections at the top and bottom, in the form of gentle arcs, arranged symmetrically at the front and back of the bottle and disappearing at its side walls. These risers, viewed from below, form an ellipse. Below the lower risers, the bottle has a band of arc-shaped recesses around its circumference, which then connects to a band in the shape of a low cylinder, forming a base with a concave bottom.
