Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, majaca zastosowanie jako opakowanie na plyny takie jak: ekstrakty, soki, esencje, oleje, zaprawy oraz róznego rodzaju srodki spozywcze i produkty o plynnej konsystencji.Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego zarysie linii tworzacych sciany butelki. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig.l przedstawia zarys butelki z przodu, a fig.2 zarys ksztaltu butelki z boku. Butelke stanowi czesc ksztaltowa zasobnikowa, czesc zasobnikowa przechodzaca w ksztaltowa szyjke zakonczona glówka. Czesc zasobnikowa ma dno z krawedziami dluzszymi o zarysie dwóch luków przechodzacych malym lukiem w lukowo uksztaltowane krawedzie krótsze. Stosunek dluzszej osi dna do krótszej ma sie tak, jak w przyblizeniu 1:0,75. Krawedzie krótsze dna stanowia dolne krawedzie scian bocznych wyoblonych na zewnatrz lagodnym lukiem. Dluzsze krawedzie dna stanowia dolne krawedzie scian czolowych, majacych lagodne, ksztaltowe wglebienie i polaczone sa scianami bocznymi malym lukiem. Na wysokosci w przyblizeniu 0,75 wysokosci calej butelki, czesc zasobnikowa przechodzi ostroslupem w szyjke o przekroju kolowym, zwezajaca sie lukiem ku górze. Szyjka zakonczona jest glówka z dolnym pierscieniem o lukowym przekroju i górnym w ksztalcie zblizonym do stozka scietego. Ergonomia uchwytu oraz jej ksztalt daja pozytywne doznania estetyczne, zwlaszcza w skojarzeniu z barwa zawartego plynu. PL PLThe Bottle's design registration right is valid from March 2, 1999. The design is for a bottle used as packaging for liquids such as extracts, juices, essences, oils, seasonings, and various foodstuffs and liquid products. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its outline of the lines forming the bottle's walls. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle's outline from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the bottle's outline from the side. The bottle consists of a shaped container part, the container part transitioning into a shaped neck and ending in a head. The container part has a bottom with longer edges shaped like two arcs, which merge with a small arc into shorter, arc-shaped edges. The ratio of the longer axis of the bottom to the shorter axis is approximately 1:0.75. The shorter edges of the bottom form the lower edges of the side walls, which are gently curved outward. The longer edges of the bottom form the lower edges of the front walls, which have a gently curved recess and are connected by a small arc to the side walls. At a height of approximately 0.75 times the height of the entire bottle, the reservoir section transitions into a pyramid-shaped neck with a circular cross-section, tapering upward. The neck ends in a head with a lower ring with an arc-shaped cross-section and an upper ring shaped like a truncated cone. The ergonomic handle and its shape provide a positive aesthetic experience, especially when combined with the color of the liquid contained.
