Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nieprzezroczysta butelka z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, powierzchni, ukladzie linii i proporcji. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii ukazujacej przedmiotowa butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka wedlug niniejszego wzoru zdobniczego ma korpus w ksztalcie cylindra u góry przechodzacego lukowo w krótka szyjke z gwintem i posiada wklesle dno oraz ma nieznaczne odsadzenia zwiekszajace jej srednice w dolnej i górnej czesci cylindra. Butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze srednica jej srodkowej czescijest okolo 2,7 raza mniejsza od calkowitej wysokosci butelki i okolo dwa razy wieksza od srednicy wylewu. Butelka posiada dobra statecznosc oraz szczególnie nadaje sie do plynów gestych. PL PLBOTTLE The design registration right is valid from March 15, 1999. The design is an opaque plastic bottle intended primarily for packaging household chemicals. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, surface, line arrangement, and proportions. The design is shown in the attached illustrations in the form of a photograph showing the bottle in question from a side view. The bottle according to this design has a cylindrical body at the top, arching into a short neck with thread, a concave bottom, and slight offsets increasing its diameter at the bottom and top of the cylinder. The bottle is characterized by a diameter of its central section that is approximately 2.7 times smaller than the total height of the bottle and approximately twice the diameter of the spout. The bottle has good stability and is particularly suitable for thick liquids.
