Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nieprzezroczysta butelka z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii ukazujacej przedmiotowa butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka posiadajaca w swej glównej bryle ksztalt walca zakonczonego od góry szeroko rozwartym stozkiem, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma po bokach dwa symetrycznie i naprzeciwlegle wzgledem siebie umieszczone wzdluzne soczewkowatewglebienia o karbowanej poprzecznie powierzchni. Na fotografii widac jedno z tych wglebien, drugie znajduje sie symetrycznie po przeciwleglej stronie. Zaleta takiego uksztaltowania wglebien jest duza wygoda w poslugiwaniu sie przedmio- towa butelka i latwosc trzymania jej w reku nawet przy znacznej srednicy butelki. PL PL PLBOTTLE The right of registration for an ornamental design has been in effect since August 2, 1999. The design is an opaque plastic bottle intended primarily for packaging household chemicals. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface finish. The design is illustrated in a photograph showing the bottle in question from a side view. The bottle, with its main body in the shape of a cylinder ending in a wide-open cone at the top, is characterized by two symmetrically placed, opposite, elongated, lens-shaped recesses on its sides with a transversely ribbed surface. The photograph shows one of these recesses, the other symmetrically located on the opposite side. The advantage of this shape of the recesses is that the bottle is very convenient to use and easy to hold in your hand, even with a large bottle diameter. PL PL PL
