Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona zwlaszcza do plynów perfumeryjnych Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosci powierzchni i ukladzie linii, które nadaja butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii i rysunku, na których przedstawiono, dwie odmiany butelek tego samego rodzaju, przy czym na Fig. 1 - przedstawiono w rzucie aksonometrycznym pierwsza od- miane butelki w pozycji pionowej oraz w pozycji lezacej z uwidocznionym dnem, na Fig. 2 - przedstawiono druga odmiane butelki tego samego rodzaju w widoku z boku, zas na Fig.3 - przedstawiono widok dna tych butelek.Butelka ma ksztalt przewezajacego sie cylindrycznego smuklego kor- pusu zakonczonego od dolu okraglym, lekko wkleslym dnem, zas od góry le- jem. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle made of glass intended especially for perfume liquids. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, surface properties and arrangement of lines, which give the bottle a specific and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph and drawing, which present two varieties of bottles of the same type, where Fig. 1 shows an axonometric view of the first variety of the bottle in a vertical position and in a horizontal position with the bottom visible, Fig. 2 shows the second variety of the bottle of the same type in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows a view of the bottom of these bottles. The bottle has the shape of a narrowing, cylindrical, slender body with a round, slightly concave bottom at the bottom and a funnel at the top. The funnel is topped with a neck at the top, and at the bottom it transforms into a bulging truncated cone that narrows downward, and then into a narrow ring. It then widens in an arc to the diameter of the funnel's base and then transforms into a lower truncated cone that narrows downward in a gentle arc. The base of this lower cone widens, taking the shape of a foot that merges into the bottom. In the first bottle variety, the neck finish is covered with a thread, following the decorative pattern. In the second bottle variety of the same type, the neck finish has a convex surrounding ring. The bottom of the bottle near the edge has a pattern of dot-like bulges.

1. A bottle in the form of a narrowing, cylindrical, slender body terminated at the bottom with a round, slightly concave bottom and a funnel at the top, characterized in that the funnel is topped with a neck at the top, and at the bottom it transforms into a bulging truncated cone that narrows downwards, and then into a narrow ring, after which it widens in an arc to the diameter of the base of the said funnel and then transforms into a lower truncated cone that narrows downwards in a gentle arc, wherein the base of this cone widens taking the shape of a foot that merges into the bottom, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1 and drawing, Fig. 2.

2. A bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the neck end is covered with a thread, as shown in the attached photograph. Fig. 1.

3. A bottle according to claim 1, characterized in that the neck finish has a convex surrounding ring, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2.
