Sylwester Szymalak - twórca wzoru zdobniczego Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru jest butelka przeznaczona do plynów o estetycznym ksztalcie oraz o korzystnych walorach uzytkowych, ulatwiajacych trzymanie butelki w reku przy opróznianiu zawartosci. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem, ukladem linii, uksztaltowaniem powierzchni, nadajac jej swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Butelke wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których pokazano butelke w widoku z przodu Fig. 1,2,4, 5, 7, 8,10,12,14 oraz w widoku z boku Fig. 3,6,9, 11,13,15. The design is for a bottle intended for liquids, with an aesthetically pleasing shape and favorable functional qualities, making it easier to hold when emptying the contents. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface contour, giving it a unique and original appearance. The bottle according to the design is shown in the attached illustrations, which show the bottle from the front (Fig. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14) and from the side (Fig. 3, 6, 9, 11, 13, 15). The bottle according to the ornamental pattern has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring hole is located, and on the side wall opposite to it in the lower vertical part, and then in an arc-shaped shape up to the pouring hole, while on the front and rear surface it has a V-shaped recess in the upper part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1. The bottle according to the ornamental pattern has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring hole is located on the elongated bottle neck, and on the side wall opposite to it in the lower vertical part, and then in the shape of arched up to the pouring opening, while on the front and rear surfaces it has a V-shaped step in the upper part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 2. The bottle has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located, and with the side wall opposite it in the shape of an arc, while the front and rear surfaces have an arc-shaped recess under the arched side surface and it has a V-shaped step in the upper part on the front and rear surfaces, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 4. The bottle has a white body, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located on the elongated neck of the bottle, and the side wall opposite it is of an arcuate shape, and the front and rear surfaces are flat with an arcuate recess under the arcuate side surface and it has a V-shaped step on the front and rear surface in the upper part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 5. A variant of the bottle has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle at which the pouring opening is located, and the side wall opposite it is of an arcuate shape, and the front and rear surfaces are flat with an arcuate opening under the arcuate side surface and it has a V-shaped step on the front and rear surface in the upper part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 7. A variant of the bottle has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a a quadrilateral with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located on the elongated bottle neck, and with the side wall opposite it in an arcuate shape, and with a flat front and rear surface with an arcuate opening under the arcuate side surface and with a V-shaped step on the front and rear surface in the upper part, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 8. Another bottle has a body in the shape of a solid, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrilateral with truncated corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located, and with the side wall opposite it in the lower vertical part and then in an arcuate shape up to the neck of the bottle in the shape of a truncated cone with a vertical wall on the side of the vertical side surface of the bottle, and with a flat front and rear surface with an arcuate opening under the arcuate side surface and a V-shaped recess in the upper part on the front and rear surface and on the remaining surface parallel to the bottle base, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 10, 11. Yet another bottle variant has a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located, and with the side wall opposite it in the lower vertical part and then of an arcuate shape up to the neck of the bottle, and with a flat front and rear surface with an arcuate recess under the arcuate surface, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 12, 13. The bottle may have a body in the shape of a block, the base of which is in the shape of a quadrangle with rounded corners, wider on the side of the vertical side wall of the bottle, at which the pouring opening is located, and with the side wall opposite it in the lower vertical part, and then in an arc-shaped shape up to the neck of the bottle, and with a front and rear surface with a V-shaped step in the upper part on the front and rear surface and on the remaining surface parallel to the base of the bottle, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 14, 15.
