Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona jako opakowanie do wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do napojów, soków oraz produktów do otrzymywania napojów takich, jak soki wysokoslodzone, syropy, zaprawy, esencje i wyciagi. Znane butelki posiadaja ksztalt zasadniczo cylindryczny i sa zakonczone dnem z jednej strony, a z drugiej - lejkowata szyjka z zewnetrznie gwintowanym otworem wlewowym. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki, nadana jej przez ksztalt, cechy linii i konturów oraz uformowanie powierzchni. Butelka wedlug wzoru ma wydluzony wertykalnie ksztalt wysmuklego cylindra, przechodzacego od dolu lukiem w lekko wklesle dno, a w górnej czesci - lagodnie w szyjke, o formie smuklego, scietego stozka, którego tworzaca od strony najwiek- szej srednicy sklada sie z odcinków luków wypuklych rozdzielonych lukiem wkleslym. Szyjka jest zakonczona gwintowana glówka. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest ozdobiona czterema, równomiernie rozlozonymi horyzontalnie na obwodzie leja szyjki rysunkami, przedstawiajacymi logo LOWICZ, o ukladzie graficznym poziomego napisu duzymi literami, otoczonego owalna ramka, przerwana w górnej czesci dwoma listkami wystajacymi nieco poza owal, a w dolnej czesci - trzema okraglymi owocami (wisniami), takze wysunietymi poza owal ramki. Rysunki sa uwidocznione przez uwypuklone uksztaltowanie powierzchni. W butelce wedlug wzoru srodkowa czesc wysmuklego cylindrycznego korpusu ma nieznaczne, równomierne wybranie na obwodzie, tworzace pole etykietowe.Lekko wklesle dno butelki wedlug wzoru jest ryflowane po okregu. Butelka wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonana z calkowicie przezroczystego lub czesciowo transparentnego wzglednie nieprzezroczystego materialu w wersji bezbarwnej lub kolorowej, z tworzywa sztucznego takiego, jak polietylen, polipropylen albo poliweglan wzglednie ich mieszanki badz najkorzystniej ze szkla, zwlaszcza bezbarwnego (bialego) i przezroczystego. Wielkosc butelki wedlug wzoru moze odpowiadac preferowanej w obrocie handlowym pojemnosci 0,50 ± 0,021. Known bottles are generally cylindrical in shape and have a bottom on one end and a funnel-shaped neck with an externally threaded filling opening on the other. The essence of the industrial design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it by its shape, line and contour features, and surface finish. The bottle, according to the design, has a vertically elongated shape, a slender cylinder, arcing from the bottom into a slightly concave base, and at the top gently sloping into a neck shaped like a slender, truncated cone, the largest diameter of which is composed of convex arc segments separated by a concave arc. The neck is finished with a threaded head. The bottle, according to the design, is decorated with four drawings, evenly distributed horizontally around the neck's funnel, depicting the LOWICZ logo, arranged as a horizontal inscription in capital letters, surrounded by an oval frame, interrupted at the top by two leaves protruding slightly beyond the oval, and at the bottom by three round fruits (cherries), also protruding beyond the oval frame. The designs are highlighted by the convex surface design. In the sample bottle, the central part of the slender cylindrical body has a slight, uniform recess around the circumference, creating a labeling area. The slightly concave bottom of the sample bottle is grooved in a circle. The sample bottle can be made of a completely transparent or partially transparent or opaque material, colorless or colored, plastic such as polyethylene, polypropylene, or polycarbonate, or a mixture thereof, or preferably glass, especially colorless (white) and transparent. The sample bottle size may correspond to the commercially preferred capacity of 0.50 ± 0.021. The bottle according to the design is presented in the attached drawing, which shows the bottle: in the front view - Fig. 1, in the bottom view - Fig. 2 and in the front view with a stripe illustrating the graphics, the number and arrangement of drawings on the surface of the neck funnel - Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design: - the shape of the bottle in the form of a vertically elongated, slender cylinder, passing from the bottom in an arc into a slightly concave bottom, and in the upper part - gently into the neck, in the form of a slender, truncated cone, the generatrix of which on the side of the largest diameter consists of segments of convex arcs separated by a concave arc, - the bottle is decorated with four drawings, evenly distributed horizontally on the circumference of the neck funnel, representing the LOWICZ logo, with a graphic layout of a horizontal inscription in capital letters, surrounded by an oval frame, interrupted in the upper part by two leaves protruding slightly beyond the oval, and in the lower part - by three round fruits (cherries), also protruding beyond the oval of the frame, the drawings being visible through the highlighted surface shape, - a slight, even recess on the circumference of the central part of the cylindrical body of the bottle, creating the so-called label field, - circular fluting of the bottle bottom.
