Butelka czworoscienna Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 08.08.2001. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka czworo scienna przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok z dolu butelki, fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku skreconym o 90° w stosunku do widoku czolowego, oraz fig. 4 - przedstawia widok z góry butelki, natomiast fig. 5 do fig. 8 przedstawiaja analogiczne widoki odmiany butelki Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig. 1, 2, 3 i 4 - butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem uksztaltowana jest zmiennymi promieniami tworzacymi na jej wysokosci kontury linii falistej o najwiekszej srednicy w czesci srodkowej szyjki, najmniejszej przy polaczeniu z gwintowanym nadlewem i nieco mniejszej - u nasady szyjki, tj. w miejscu gdzie lukiem wewnetrznym laczy sie ona z górnakulista czescia butelki. Ponizej czesci kulistej - butelka przybiera ksztalt czworoscianu o lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach bocznych oraz skosnie scietych narozach. W dolnej czesci natomiast scianki boczne butelki lagodnymi hilcami lacza sie z obwodowym pasem stanowiacym podstawe, która przechodzi w dno wklesle do srodka butelki Odmiana butelki - przedstawiona na rysunku fig. 5 do fig. 8 posiada odmiennie uksztaltowana szyjke. Szyjka ta zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem ma ksztalt zblizony do walca o srednicy najmniejszej przy polaczeniu z gwintowanym nadlewem, zwiekszonej nieco ponizej i najwiekszej u nasady szyjki tj. w miejscu, gdzie lukiem wewnetrznym laczy sie ona z górna, kulista czescia butelki. Ponizej czesci kulistej - butelka przybiera ksztalt czworoscianu o lekko wypuklych na zewnatrz sciankach bocznych oraz skosnie scietych narozach. W dolnej czesci natomiast scianki boczne butelki lagodnymi lukami lacza sie z obwodowym pasem stanowiacym podstawe, która przechodzi w dno wklesle do srodka butelki. PL PLThe tetrahedral bottle's design registration rights have been in effect since August 8, 2001. The design is a tetrahedral bottle, specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the bottle's new form, as manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottom view of the bottle, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a view rotated by 90° in relation to the front view, and Fig. 4 shows the top view of the bottle, while Fig. 5 to Fig. 8 show analogous views of a variant of the bottle. As shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3 and 4 - the bottle being the subject of the decorative pattern - is characterized in that its neck, terminated at the top with a threaded riser, is shaped with variable radii creating at its height the contours of a wavy line with the largest diameter in the central part of the neck, the smallest at the connection with the threaded riser and slightly smaller - at the base of the neck, i.e. in the place where it connects with the upper spherical part of the bottle by an internal arc. Below the spherical part, the bottle takes on a tetrahedron shape with slightly outwardly convex side walls and obliquely cut corners. In the lower part, the side walls gently curve to a circumferential band that forms the base, which then transitions into a concave bottom toward the center of the bottle. The bottle variant, shown in Figures 5 to 8, has a differently shaped neck. This neck, terminated at the top with a threaded riser, is cylindrical in shape, with its smallest diameter at the connection with the threaded riser, increasing slightly below, and its largest at the base of the neck, i.e., where the inner arc connects the upper, spherical part of the bottle. Below the spherical section, the bottle takes on a tetrahedron shape with slightly outwardly convex side walls and obliquely cut corners. At the bottom, the bottle's side walls gently curve to a circumferential band, forming a base that transitions into a concave bottom.
