Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butla, przeznaczona do przechowywania i transportu gazu, zwlaszcza plynnego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego kolorystyce oraz wlasnosciach powierzchni, zmierzajaca do celów estetycz- nych, oraz nadajaca mu nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustra- cyjnym.Butla ma ksztalt bryly obrotowej, której powierzchnia sklada sie z stanowiacej czesc centralna pobocznicy walca przechodzacej u podstaw w fragmenty powierzchni czasz kulistych, ponadto podstawa butli jest cokól w formie pierscienia, natomiast zwienczeniem butli jest powierzchnia pierscienia z otworami kolowymi. Powierzchnia butli ma kolor niebieski, przy czym na jej czesci cylindrycznej widnieje biegnacy po calym obwodzie pas koloru czerwonego. Pas jest usytuowany w niewielkiej odleglosci od podstawy dolnej czesci cylindrycznej. W scianie cokolu oraz w scianie pierscienia wienczacego butle sa widoczne wyciecia w formie wielkich liter, usytuowanych kolejnosci tworzacej napis „ZALMET", przy czym na cokole napis ten biegnie poziomo, natomiast na pierscieniu wienczacym biegnie pionowo, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. The design covers a cylinder designed for storing and transporting gas, particularly liquid gas. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its color and surface properties, aimed at aesthetic purposes and giving it a new and original appearance. The design is shown in the attached illustration. The cylinder has the shape of a solid of revolution, the surface of which consists of a central cylindrical side section, transitioning at its base into fragments of spherical cap surfaces. Furthermore, the base of the cylinder is a ring-shaped pedestal, while the cylinder is topped by a ring-shaped surface with circular holes. The cylinder's surface is blue, with a red band running around its circumference on its cylindrical part. The band is located a short distance from the base of the lower cylindrical part. The walls of the base and the walls of the cylinder's crowning ring have visible cutouts in the form of large letters arranged in a sequence that forms the inscription "ZALMET." On the base, the inscription runs horizontally and on the crowning ring, it runs vertically, as shown in the attached illustration.
