Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajacych sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka, wedlug wzoru, zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana, cylindryczna szyjke spoczywajaca na cylindrycznym pierscieniu, który polaczony jest z lukowo wyoblona nasada laczaca sie z kopula zlozona z wyoblonej lukowo górnej czesci i cylindrycznej dolnej czesci, która laczy sie skosnym uskokiem z przewezona,cylindryczna czescia przy czym podstawe butelki stanowi walcowy pierscien zakonczony lukowo wyoblona stopka Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono butelke widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku z góry, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono butelke w widoku od strony dna . PLBottle The right to register an industrial design has been in force since: January 8, 2002. The subject of an industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the pattern is a new form of a bottle with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape, as well as in the arrangement of the main contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, in a patterned design, is provided with a threaded cylindrical neck resting on a cylindrical ring which connects to an arcuate spherical base which connects to a dome composed of an arcuate upper part and a cylindrical lower part which connects by a diagonal step with a narrowed cylindrical part at the the base of the bottle is a cylindrical ring ending with an arched, spherical foot. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 - shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 - shows the bottle in top view, and Fig. 3 - shows the bottle in view from the bottom. As shown in the figure, the bottle has at its top a cylindrical threaded neck 1 resting on a cylindrical ring 2 which connects to an arched cap 3 connecting to a dome 4 composed of an arcuate upper part 5 and a cylindrical lower part 6.
