Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie oraz w ksztalcie je j odmian. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym i fig. la - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 i 2a, fig. 3 i 3a, fig. 4 i 4a, fig. 5 i 5aoraz fig. 6 i 6a - przestawiaja kolejne odmiany butelek w analogicznych rzutach, tj. kazda z odmian w widoku czolowym i bocznym. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i la - butelka w swej zasadniczej, srodkowej czesci posiada ksztalt walca, który na dole lagodnym lukiem zwieksza swa srednice tworzac waski, obwodowy pas. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and the shapes of its variants.
