Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 08.08.2001r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia widok butelki z boku, fig. 3 - przedstawia widok z przodu odmiany butelki oraz fig. 4 - przedstawia widok z boku tej odmiany butelki Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 - butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego - charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jej szyjka zakonczona u góry gwintowanym nadlewem posiada ksztalt zblizony do walca, który ponizej lukiem wewnetrznym laczy sie z ozdobna kryza stanowiaca górna czesc butelki Kryza ta jest tak uksztaltowana, ze schodzac w dól na srodkowa, zasadnicza czesc butelki - tworzy symetrycznie z przodu i z tylu nadlew czolowy, któregokontury maja ksztalt litery „V" o rozchylonych na zewnatrz ramionach w postaci lekko sfezowanych luków. The design is a bottle specifically designed for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the front view of the bottle variant and Fig. 4 shows the side view of this bottle variant. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 - the bottle being the subject of the ornamental pattern - is characterized in that its neck, finished at the top with a threaded riser, has a shape similar to a cylinder, which below with an internal arch connects to a decorative flange constituting the upper part of the bottle. This flange is shaped in such a way that, going down to the central, main part of the bottle, it creates a symmetrical front riser at the front and back, the contours of which are in the shape of the letter "V" with arms spreading outwards in the form of slightly chamfered arches. These arms join on the side walls of the bottle, symmetrically forming a semicircular arch on each side, curved upward and also slightly rounded. From these arches, slightly above the tops of the front risers, extend the side risers, each of which has the contours of arc-shaped, slightly outward-curving arms of a triangle with its apex pointing downward and extending slightly below the tops of the front risers. The basic, central part of the bottle has the shape of a cylinder, which in the lower part - near the base - increases its diameter with gentle arcs creating the contours of a wavy line, then decreases and increases again to a diameter greater than the diameter of the basic, central part of the bottle - then goes down in a gentle arc to the base, creating a bottom of the bottle concave towards the center. The bottle variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 - has a differently shaped S2gjke and the base of the bottle. This neck, terminated at the top with a threaded riser, is shaped with variable radii that create the contours of a flounce line along its height. Its largest diameter is in the central part of the neck, smallest at the junction with the threaded riser, and slightly larger at the junction with the decorative flange constituting the upper part of the bottle. The flange is shaped so that, descending down to the central, main part of the bottle, it creates a symmetrical frontal arch at the front and rear, the contours of which are in the shape of the letter "V" with outwardly flaring arms in the form of slightly curved arches. These arms connect on the side walls of the bottle, creating a symmetrically upward, slightly curved semicircular arch on each side. From these arches, slightly above the tops of the front risers, extend the side risers, each of which has the contours of arc-shaped, slightly outward-curving triangle arms with their apex pointing downward and extending slightly below the tops of the front risers. The main central part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape, which in the lower part – near the base – increases its diameter in a gentle arc, then descends in a spherical arc to the base, creating a concave bottom of the bottle.
