Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalne uksztaltowanie powierzchni zewnetrznej butelki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku oraz fig. 3 - przedstawia widok z dolu butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku - szyjka butelki posiada ksztalt stozka scietego, który u góry zakonczony jest gwintowanym nadlewem, a ponizej - przy podstawie - szyjka ta lagodnym lukiem wewnetrznym, tj., lukiem wkleslym do srodka butelki - laczy sie z ozdobna kryza stanowiaca dekoracje górnej, cylindrycznej czesci butelki. Kryza ta jest tak uksztaltowana, ze z przodu i z tylu butelki schodzi symetrycznie lagodnymi lukami zewnetrznymi na czesc cylindryczna tworzac w rzucie kontury trójkata o wypuklych ramionach i wierzcholku skierowanym w dól. Natomiast na bokach kontury kryzy maja ksztalt pólkolistych luków wygietych w góre i ponizej pod kazdym z tych luków umiejscowiony jest ozdobny element w postaci stylizowanego liscia skierowanego takze wierzcholkiem w dól. Srodkowa, cylindryczna czesc butelki ma ksztalt walca o gladkiej powierzchni na calym obwodzie. Natomiast dolna czesc butelki posiada ksztalt pierscienia, który przypodstawie butelki tworzy wklesle do srodka dno, a ponizej tworzy dekoracyjny, obwodowy pas. Pas ten jest symetrycznie usytuowany na obwodzie butelki, przy czym jego odleglosc od podstawy jest wieksza z przodu i z tylu niz po bokach butelki, a zmiana wysokosci tego pasa przebiega lagodnymi lukami biegnacymi odpowiednio w dól lub w góre. Cechy istotne wzoru to: - górna czesc butelki, posiadajaca ksztalt stozka scietego polaczononego dolna podstawa z ozdobna kryza; - dolna czesc butelki, posiadajaca ksztalt pierscienia z obwodowym pasem usytuowanym symetrycznie z przodu i z tylu w wiekszej odleglosci od jej podstawy niz odleglosci na bokach butelki.Fig.1 F¡g.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a beverage bottle, particularly one for alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the unique shape of the bottle's outer surface. The design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottom view of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle's neck has a truncated cone shape, terminating at the top with a threaded boss. Below, at the base, the neck has a gentle internal arc—an arc concave toward the center of the bottle—connecting to a decorative flange that decorates the upper, cylindrical part of the bottle. This flange is shaped so that at the front and rear of the bottle it descends symmetrically in gentle external arcs onto the cylindrical part, forming the outline of a triangle with convex shoulders and a downward-pointing apex. Meanwhile, on the sides, the flange contours are shaped like semicircular arcs, bent upwards and downwards. Below each of these arcs is a decorative element in the form of a stylized leaf, also pointing downwards. The central, cylindrical part of the bottle is cylindrical in shape with a smooth surface along its entire circumference. The lower part of the bottle is ring-shaped, forming a concave bottom at the base and a decorative, circumferential band below. This band is symmetrically located around the circumference of the bottle, with its distance from the base being greater at the front and back than at the sides of the bottle, and the height of this band changes in gentle arcs extending up and down, respectively. The design's essential features include: - the upper part of the bottle, in the shape of a truncated cone, connected by a decorative flange at the lower base; - the lower part of the bottle, in the shape of a ring, with a circumferential band located symmetrically at the front and back, at a greater distance from the base than at the sides of the bottle.
