Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 29 kwietnia 2005 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana ze szkla prze- znaczona glównie do artykulów kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu nadana mu przez jego ksztalt' i uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 - uwidacznia butelke z przodu, Fig. 2 - uwidacznia butelke z boku, Fig. 3 - przedstawia dno butelki. Natomiast fotografia Fig. 4 przedstawia widok ogólny butelki z przodu i z baku, zas Fig. 5 - uwidacznia butelke od strony wierzchu oraz od strony dna. Butelka wedlu g wzoru przemyslowego posiada czesc zbiornikowa uksztal- towana w formie smuklej symetrycznej bryly geometrycznej przypominajaca swym ksztaltem widok kobiety w dlugiej obcislej sukni rozkloszowanej na dole. Wierzch butelki przechodzi w okragla szyjke wylewowa zakonczona obwodowym zewnetrznym pierscieniem, natomiast dno butelki ma ksztalt elipsy i jest pokrytemoletka. -Stosunek calkowitej wysokosci butelki do wiekszej srednicy elipsy wyznaczajacej dno nr a sie w przyblizeniu tak jak 140 : 46 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ksztalt czesci zbiornikowej butelki w postaci smuklej symetrycznej bryly geometrycznej przypominajaca swym ksztaltem widok kobiety w dlugiej obcislej sukni rozkloszowanej na dole. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of glass intended primarily for cosmetics. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by its shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottom of the bottle. Photograph Fig. 4 shows a general view of the bottle from the front and the tank, while Fig. 5 shows the bottle from the top and bottom. The bottle, according to the industrial design, has a reservoir portion shaped as a slender, symmetrical geometric solid, resembling the image of a woman in a long, tight-fitting dress flared at the bottom. The top of the bottle transitions into a rounded pouring neck terminated by a circumferential outer ring, while the bottom of the bottle is elliptical and covered with a knurled pattern. The ratio of the total bottle height to the greater diameter of the ellipse defining the bottom is approximately 140 : 46. The essential features of the industrial design are: the shape of the reservoir portion of the bottle is a slender, symmetrical geometric solid, resembling the image of a woman in a long, tight-fitting dress flared at the bottom. The top of the bottle turns into a round pouring neck finished with a peripheral outer ring, while the bottom of the bottle is elliptical in shape and covered with a knurl.
