Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 20 grudnia 2003r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu przede wszystkim wód zródlanych, wód stolowych i mineralnych, napojów smakowych, soków, syropów i innych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture, zdobienie oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - prezentuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, natomiast fig.2 - w widoku od spodu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki, przedstawionej na rysunku, fig.l i fig. 2 jest w dolnej czesci poszerzona i zweza sie ku górze, przechodzac w nagwintowana szyjke 2, przy czym pomiedzy czescia zbiornikowa 1 a nagwintowana szyjka 2 rozciaga sie obwodowy pierscien 3. Czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki w dolnym odcinku, w poblizu dna 4 zweza sie. Butelka, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przypomina w swym ksztalcie scieta u dolu i wydluzona w kierunku pionowym gruszke. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna butelki w dolnej czesci jest zaopatrzona w rozmieszczone w pewnych odstepach, jeden od drugiego pólkuliste nadlewy 5. Dno 4 butelki jest wklesle posrodku. The industrial design is a bottle used primarily for packaging spring waters, table and mineral waters, flavored beverages, juices, syrups, and other beverages. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, decoration, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the view from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design include that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle shown in the drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, is widened in its lower part and narrows upwards, transforming into a threaded neck 2, with a circumferential ring 3 extending between the reservoir part 1 and the threaded neck 2. The reservoir part 1 of the bottle narrows in its lower section, near the bottom 4. According to the solution, the bottle resembles a pear, truncated at the bottom and elongated vertically. The outer surface of the bottle in the lower part is provided with hemispherical risers 5 spaced at certain intervals. The bottom 4 of the bottle is concave in the center.
