W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, dlugopis wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni.Wzór dlugopisu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z jednego boku, fig. 2 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 3 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku od góry, fig. 4 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku perspektywicznym z jednej strony, fig.5 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku perspektywicznym z drugiej strony. Dlugopis wedlug wzoru posiada korpus, który ma smukly ksztalt i sklada sie z trzech czesci: dolnej czesci, srodkowej czesci i górnej czesci. Dolna czesc dlugopisu ma ksztalt stozka scietego o bardzo malym nachyleniu. Czesc srodkowa ma ksztalt cylindryczny i' od dolu jest zakonczona szerokim pierscieniem o wiekszej srednicy niz srednica pozostalej czesci srodkowej. Na powierzchni tego pierscienia sa umieszczone wglebienia ustawione w rzad, jedno pod drugim, majace ksztalt splaszczonego owalu. Wglebienia sa ustawione poprzecznie do osi wzdluznej dlugopisu, zas kazdy rzad wglebien jest ustawiony pod katem wzgledem drugiego rzedu wglebien. Górna czesc dlugopisu stanowi pierscieniowy element nasadzony na górny-, odcinek srodkowej czesci dlugopisu, wystajacy ponad nia i majacy zamknieta górna powierzchnie. Pierscieniowy element ma wieksza srednice niz górny odcineksrodkowej czesci dlugopisu. Dolna krawedz pierscieniowego elementu jest scieta zas jego górna powierzchnia jest lekko zaokraglona i zakrzywiona ku dolowi. Na przedluzeniu tej zakrzywionej ku dolowi górnej powierzchni i skierowanej skosnie ku dolowi dolnej krawedzi pierscieniowego elementu jest umieszczony wydluzony element w ksztalcie plaskiego prostopadloscianu zakonczonego zaokraglona dolna krawedzia. Na koncu, przy zaokraglonej dolnej krawedzi od wewnatrz tego wydluzonego elementu znajduja sie dwa zaokraglone wystepy. The subject of the industrial design is a ballpoint pen. Compared to similar products of this type, the ballpoint pen based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The ballpoint pen design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen from one side, Fig. 2 shows the ballpoint pen from the other side, Fig. 3 shows the ballpoint pen from the top, Fig. 4 shows the ballpoint pen in a perspective view from one side, and Fig. 5 shows the ballpoint pen in a perspective view from the other side. The ballpoint pen based on the design has a slender barrel composed of three parts: a lower part, a middle part, and an upper part. The lower part of the pen is shaped like a truncated cone with a very slight slope. The middle part is cylindrical and terminates at the bottom in a wide ring with a larger diameter than the remaining middle part. The surface of this ring features a row of recesses, one below the other, shaped like a flattened oval. The recesses are arranged transversely to the pen's longitudinal axis, and each row of recesses is angled relative to the other row of recesses. The upper part of the pen is an annular element placed on the upper section of the middle part of the pen, protruding above it and having a closed upper surface. The annular element has a larger diameter than the upper section of the middle part of the pen. The lower edge of the annular element is chamfered, while its upper surface is slightly rounded and curved downward. In extension of this downward-curved upper surface and the obliquely downward lower edge of the annular element, an elongated element in the shape of a flat cuboid terminated with a rounded lower edge is placed. Finally, at the rounded lower edge, two rounded projections are located on the inside of this elongated element. The essential features of the industrial design are that the ballpoint pen according to the design has a body which has a slender shape and consists of three parts: a lower part, a middle part and an upper part, where the lower part of the pen has the shape of a truncated cone, while the middle part has a cylindrical shape and is terminated at the bottom with a wide ring with a larger diameter than the diameter of the remaining middle part, on the surface of which there are ! placed recesses arranged in a row, one below the other, having the shape of a flattened oval and positioned transversely to the longitudinal axis of the pen, wherein each row of recesses is positioned at an angle with respect to the other row of recesses, while the upper part of the pen is an annular element placed on the upper section of the central part of the pen, protruding above it and having a closed upper surface, wherein the lower edge of the annular element is bevelled and its upper surface is slightly rounded and curved downwards, and on the extension of this upper surface curved downwards and the lower edge of the annular element directed obliquely downwards, there is placed an elongated element in the shape of a flat cuboid with a rounded end. the lower edge and at the end, at the rounded lower edge on the inside of this elongated element there are two rounded projections as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 - fig. 5.
