W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, dlugopis wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni.Wzór dlugopisu uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z jednego boku, fig. 3 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 4 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z jednego konca, fig.5 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z drugiego konca. Dlugopis wedlug wzoru posiada korpus, który sklada sie z trzech czesci: dolnej czesci, srodkowej czesci i górnej czesci. Górna czesc dlugopisu ma ogólnie ksztalt stozka scietego rozszerzajacego sie lekko ku dolowi a u góry ma otwór osiowy, z którego wystaje element cylindryczny o mniejszej srednicy i zaokraglonej górnej powierzchni. Ponizej górnej czesci znajduje sie szersza srodkowa czesc zas pomiedzy nimi element pierscieniowy o troche wiekszej srednicy niz srednica obu tych czesci. A ponizej srodkowej czesci dlugopisu znajduje sie dolna czesc w ksztalcie stozka scietego. Ponadto do górnej czesci dlugopisu jest dolaczony dodatkowy element w ksztalcie litery L, którego dluzszy bok jest umieszczony równolegle do zewnetrznej powierzchni tej górnej czesci zas na koncu tego elementu od wewnatrz znajduje sie wystep o trójkatnym ksztalcie.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze dlugopis wedlug wzoru posiada korpus, który sklada sie z trzech czesci: dolnej czesci, srodkowej czesci i górnej czesci przy czym górna czesc dlugopisu ma ogólnie ksztalt stozka scietego- rozszerzajacego sie lekko ku dolowi a u góry ma otwór osiowy, z którego wystaje element cylindryczny o mniejszej srednicy i zaokraglonej górnej powierzchni zas ponizej górnej czesci znajduje sie szersza srodkowa czesc zas pomiedzy nimi element pierscieniowy o troche wiekszej srednicy niz srednica obu tych czesci natomiast ponizej srodkowej czesci dlugopisu znajduje sie dolna czesc w ksztalcie stozka scietego a ponadto do górnej czesci dlugopisu jest dolaczony dodatkowy element w ksztalcie litery L, którego dluzszy bok jest umieszczony równolegle do zewnetrznej powierzchni tej górnej czesci zas na koncu tego elementu od wewnatrz znajduje sie wystep o trójkatnym ksztalcie jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 - fig. 5. The ballpoint pen based on the design has a body consisting of three parts: a lower part, a middle part, and an upper part. The upper part of the pen generally has the shape of a truncated cone, widening slightly towards the bottom. At the top, there is an axial opening from which protrudes a cylindrical element of smaller diameter and a rounded upper surface. Below the upper part is a wider central part, and between them is an annular element with a slightly larger diameter than both parts. And below the central part of the pen is the lower part in the shape of a truncated cone. In addition, an additional L-shaped element is attached to the upper part of the pen, the longer side of which is placed parallel to the outer surface of this upper part, and at the end of this element from the inside there is a triangular protrusion. The essential features of the industrial design are that the pen according to the design has a body that consists of three parts: a lower part, a middle part and an upper part, where the upper part of the pen has a general shape of a truncated cone - widening slightly towards the bottom and at the top it has an axial hole from which protrudes a cylindrical element of smaller diameter and rounded upper surface, while below the upper part there is a wider middle part, and between them there is an annular element with a slightly larger diameter than the diameter of both these parts, and below the middle part The pen has a lower part in the shape of a truncated cone and an additional L-shaped element is attached to the upper part of the pen, the longer side of which is placed parallel to the outer surface of this upper part and at the end of this element from the inside there is a triangular protrusion as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 5.
