Znane sa dlugopisy o walcowym korpusie oraz zaczepami mocowany- mi do tego korpusu majace rózne nadruki oraz wypukle lub wklesle elementy zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig.1 i 2 pokazuja dlugopis w widoku od strony czolowej za- czepu afig.2 i 4 w widoku od strony bocznej zaczepu. Obudowa dlugopisu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na fig. 1 do fig.4 ma korpus w postaci wysokiego i smuklego walca zakonczo- nego z jednej strony koncówka w postaci stozka scietego a z drugiej walcowa koncówka mniejsza od srednicy korpusu scieta pod katem, pod która to wi- doczny jest zaczep lub stozkowa nakladka, która w pewnej czesci jest prze- dluzona w zaczep. Ballpoint pens with a cylindrical body and clips attached to the body, featuring various prints and convex or concave decorative elements, are known. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Figs. 1 and 2 show the ballpoint pen viewed from the front of the clip, and Figs. 2 and 4 view from the side of the clip. The industrial design ballpoint pen housing shown in Figures 1 to 4 has a body in the form of a tall, slender cylinder terminated on one end with a truncated cone-shaped tip and on the other with a cylindrical tip smaller than the body diameter, cut at an angle, revealing a catch or a conical overlay, which is partially extended into a catch. The body on the side opposite the conical tip is decorated with various recesses and rings arranged vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. The ballpoint pen housing is made in varieties that differ in decorative elements and the shape of the tips opposite the conical part. The first variant of the pen housing, shown in Figures 1 and 2, has a body in the form of a tall, slender cylinder, transitioning on one end to a truncated cone and on the other, through a narrowing, to a cylindrical tip with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body, cut at an angle. The narrowing has vertical rectangular recesses and its upper part, cut at an angle. This part is equipped with a flat hook, bent outward in an arcuate manner, with a bent lower end. The second variant of the pen housing, shown in Figures 3 and 4, has a body in the form of a tall, slender cylinder, transitioning on one end to a truncated cone and on the other, to a cylindrical tip with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body, cut at an angle. On the side opposite the conical tip, the body has elements decorated with ring-shaped recesses arranged diagonally in relation to the body. This part is equipped with a flat hook narrowing downwards, resembling a rectangle with rounded corners and having an oval protrusion at the end. Essential features of the industrial design • The housing of the ballpoint pen according to the industrial design has a body in the form of a tall and slender cylinder, terminated on one end with a tip in the form of a truncated cone and on the other end with a cylindrical tip smaller than the diameter of the body, cut at an angle, under which a hook or a conical overlay is visible, which in some part is extended into a hook, while the body on the side opposite the conical tip has decorations in the form of various recesses and rings arranged vertically, horizontally or diagonally as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 • The housing of the ballpoint pen in the first variant has a body in the form of a tall and slender cylinder passing on one side into a truncated cone and on the other, through a narrowing, into a cylindrical tip with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body, cut at an angle, and the narrowing has vertical rectangular recesses and its upper part, cut at an angle and a flat hook, bent outwards in an arc, is attached to the recess as shown in fig. 1 and 2. • The pen casing in the second variant has a body in the form of a tall and slender cylinder passing on one side into a truncated cone and on the other, into a cylindrical tip with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body, cut at an angle, while on the opposite side to the conical tip, the body has an element decorated with annular recesses arranged diagonally in relation to the body and this part is equipped with a flat hook tapering towards the bottom, similar to a rectangle with rounded corners and an oval protrusion at the end as shown in Fig. 3 and 4.
