The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the new form of the pen, characterized by the original shape of its individual components, colors, and surface properties, as well as decorative motifs. The novelty and originality of the ballpoint pen subject to the industrial design compared to known pens lies in the distinctive shape of its lower part, clip, upper part, and pusher, as well as their colors and decoration. Common ballpoint pens have an oval lower section, which serves as the grip, and a cylindrical upper section with a button for inserting and ejecting the pen, as well as a clip-like attachment for securing the pen to a notebook, item of clothing, or other object. The lower sections of the pens are roughly conical at the tip of the pen, and the grip section is equipped with ribbed sections to facilitate a firm grip. The upper sections typically have a cylindrical button for inserting or ejecting the pen, with a rounded tip at the top, and a clip-like attachment, which is a short bar, the free end of which springs against the body of the pen.
