Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis, przydatny zwlaszcza podczas pisania i/lub rysowania. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci dlugopisu o indywidualnym charakterze, charakteryzujacej sie oryginalnym ksztaltem poszczególnych elementów skladowych, kolorystyka oraz wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Nowosc i indywidualnosc dlugopisu bedacego przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do dotychczas znanych dlugopisów polega przede wszystkim na charakterystycznym uksztaltowaniu czesci dolnej dlugopisu, jego czesci górnej, klipa i przycisku, a takze ich kolorystyce. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku i fotografiach w kolejnych odmianach, gdzie fig. 1 rysunku przedstawia odmiane nr 1 dlugopisu, fig. 2 odbitki fotograficznej przedstawia odmiane nr 2 dlugopisu, zas fig. 3 odbitki fotograficznej przedstawia odmiane nr 3 dlugopisu. Cecha istotna dlugopisu wedlug odmiany nr 1 wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma walcowy korpus o stalej srednicy oraz czesc dolna, której dlugosc wynosi okolo 1/3 dlugosci korpusu. Czesc dolna ma ksztalt beczkowy, dodatkowo zwezajacy sie stozkowo w kierunku koncówkiwkladu piszacego. Listwo wy zaczep usytuowany jest w obrebie górnego konca korpusu i zamocowany jest do pierscienia stanowiacego zakonczenie korpusu. W widoku czolowym zaczep zblizony jest do prostokata z zaoblonym wolnym koncem, natomiast w widoku z boku ma ksztalt linii prostej z wewnetrznym wystepem w rejonie swojego wolnego zakonczenia. Przycisk ma postac zblizona do walca, przy czym pomiedzy pierscieniem stanowiacym zakonczenie korpusu a przyciskiem znajduje sie dodatkowy waski pierscien o srednicy nieco mniejszej niz srednica korpusu, jak to przedstawiono na fig. 1 rysunku. Cecha istotna dlugopisu wedlug odmiany nr 2 wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze ma walcowy korpus o stalej srednicy, wykonany z tworzywa, korzystnie w kolorze bialym oraz czesc dolna, której dlugosc wynosi okolo 1/3 dlugosci korpusu. Czesc dolna ma ksztalt beczkowy, dodatkowo zwezajacy sie stozkowo w kierunku koncówki wkladu piszacego. Odcinek 0 ksztalcie beczkowym wykonany jest z materialu gumopodobnego 1 korzystnie ma kolor niebieski, natomiast odcinek czesci dolnej zwezajacy sie stozkowo w kierunku koncówki wkladu piszacego wykonany jest z tworzywa, korzystnie w kolorze bialym. Listwowy zaczep usytuowany jest w obrebie górnego konca korpusu i zamocowany jest do pierscienia stanowiacego zakonczenie korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in a new form of the pen with a unique character, characterized by the original shape of its individual components, colors, and surface properties. The novelty and individuality of the pen that is the subject of the industrial design compared to previously known pens lies primarily in the distinctive shape of the lower part, its upper part, the clip, and the button, as well as their colors. The industrial design is presented in drawings and photographs in subsequent variations, where Figure 1 of the drawing shows variant no. 1 of the pen, Figure 2 of the photographic print shows variant no. 2 of the pen, and Figure 3 of the photographic print shows variant no. 3 of the pen. A significant feature of the ballpoint pen according to variant no. 1 of the industrial design is its cylindrical body with a constant diameter and a lower section approximately 1/3 the length of the body. The lower section is barrel-shaped, further tapering conically towards the tip of the ink cartridge. The latch is located at the upper end of the body and attached to a ring at the end of the body. In a frontal view, the latch resembles a rectangle with a rounded free end, while in a side view, it resembles a straight line with an internal protrusion at the free end. The push button is cylindrical in shape, with an additional narrow ring with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body between the ring at the end of the body and the push button, as shown in Fig. 1. A significant feature of the ballpoint pen according to variant no. 2 of the industrial design is that it has a cylindrical body of constant diameter, made of plastic, preferably white, and a lower part, the length of which is approximately 1/3 of the body's length. The lower part is barrel-shaped, further tapering conically towards the tip of the ink cartridge. The barrel-shaped section is made of a rubber-like material, preferably blue, while the section of the lower part, tapering conically towards the tip of the ink cartridge, is made of plastic, preferably white. A strip-shaped catch is located at the upper end of the body and attached to a ring constituting the end of the body. In the frontal view, the latch resembles a rectangle with a rounded free end, while in the side view, it resembles a straight line with an internal protrusion at its free end. Both the latch and the ring constituting the end of the body are made of plastic, preferably blue. The push button is cylindrical in shape and is also made of plastic, preferably blue, and between the ring constituting the end of the body and the push button is an additional narrow ring, preferably made of white plastic, with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the body, as shown in Fig. 2 of the photograph.
