Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis, przydatny zwlaszcza podczas pisania i/lub rysowania. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowej postaci dlugopisu o indywidualnym charakterze, charakteryzujacej sie oryginalnym ksztaltem poszczególnych elementów skladowych, kolorystyka oraz wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Nowosc i indywidualnosc dlugopisu bedacego przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do dotychczas znanych dlugopisów polega przede wszystkim na charakterystycznym uksztaltowaniu czesci dolnej dlugopisu, jego czesci górnej, klipa i przycisku, a takze ich kolorystyce. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na rysunku i fotografiach w kolejnych odmianach, gdzie fig. 1 rysunku przedstawia odmiane nr 1 dlugopisu, fig. 2 odbitki fotograficznej przedstawia odmiane nr 2 dlugopisu. Cecha istotna dlugopisu wedlug odmiany nr 1 wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada obly korpus o stalej srednicy w swej srodkowej czesci, natomiast czesc górna korpusu i jego czesc dolna zwezaja sie lagodnie, linia o zarysie lukowym, odpowiednio w kierunku przycisku i koncówki wkladu piszacego dlugopisu. W rejonie dolnego konca korpusu dlugopisu,na jego czesci o stalej srednicy rozmieszczonych jest równomiernie na obwodzie kilka rzedów punktowych wypuklosci. W rejonie czesci górnej korpusu umieszczony jest zaczep w postaci listwy o zaoblonym wolnym koncu, która w widoku z boku ma postac zblizona do litery Z, z zaokraglonym dolnym ramieniem. W rejonie górnego konca korpusu dlugopisu, na jego czesci o stalej srednicy rozmieszczony jest równomiernie na obwodzie rzad punktowych wypuklosci. Przycisk ma postac zblizona do walca zakonczonego odcinkiem sfery kulistej, jak to przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 1. Cecha istotna dlugopisu wedlug odmiany nr 2 wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada obly korpus o stalej srednicy w swej srodkowej czesci, natomiast czesc górna korpusu i jego czesc dolna zwezaja sie lagodnie, linia o zarysie lukowym, odpowiednio w kierunku przycisku i koncówki wkladu piszacego dlugopisu. W rejonie dolnego konca korpusu dlugopisu, na jego czesci o stalej srednicy rozmieszczonych jest równomiernie na obwodzie kilka rzedów punktowych wypuklosci. W rejonie czesci górnej korpusu umieszczony jest zaczep w postaci listwy o zaoblonym wolnym koncu, która w widoku z boku ma postac zblizona do litery Z, z zaokraglonym dolnym ramieniem. W rejonie górnego konca korpusu dlugopisu, na jego czesci o stalej srednicy rozmieszczony jest równomiernie na obwodzie rzad punktowych wypuklosci. Przycisk ma postac zblizona do walca zakonczonego odcinkiem sfery kulistej. Wszystkie elementy dlugopisu: korpus, zaczep oraz przycisk sa z materialu metalizowanego, jak to przedstawiono na fotografii fig. 2.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.1Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is a ballpoint pen, particularly useful for writing and/or drawing. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in a new form of the pen with a unique character, characterized by the original shape of its individual components, colors, and surface properties. The novelty and individuality of the ballpoint pen subject to the industrial design compared to previously known pens lies primarily in the distinctive shape of the lower part, its upper part, the clip, and the button, as well as their colors. The industrial design is presented in drawings and photographs in subsequent variations, where Figure 1 of the drawing shows variation No. 1 of the pen, and Figure 2 of the photographic print shows variation No. 2 of the pen. A significant feature of the ballpoint pen according to variant no. 1 of the industrial design is that it has a rounded barrel with a constant diameter in its center, while the upper and lower barrels taper gently, forming an arc-shaped line toward the button and the tip of the pen's ink cartridge, respectively. At the lower end of the ballpoint pen, on the part with a constant diameter, several rows of dot-like protrusions are evenly distributed around the circumference. A catch is located near the upper barrel in the form of a strip with a rounded free end, which, when viewed from the side, resembles the letter Z, with a rounded lower arm. At the upper end of the ballpoint pen, on the part with a constant diameter, a row of dot-like protrusions is evenly distributed around the circumference. The button resembles a cylinder ending in a spherical segment, as shown in Figure 1. A significant feature of the ballpoint pen according to variant no. 2 of the industrial design is that it has a rounded body with a constant diameter in its central section, while the upper and lower sections of the body taper gently, forming an arc-shaped line toward the button and the tip of the pen's ink cartridge, respectively. At the lower end of the ballpoint pen, on the part with a constant diameter, several rows of dot-like protrusions are evenly distributed around the circumference. A catch is located near the upper part of the body in the form of a strip with a rounded free end, which, when viewed from the side, resembles the letter Z, with a rounded lower arm. At the upper end of the pen's body, a row of dot-like protrusions is evenly distributed around its circumference on a part of its constant diameter. The button resembles a cylinder with a spherical segment at the end. All elements of the pen: the body, the catch, and the button, are made of a metalized material, as shown in Fig. 2.
