Znane sa dlugopisy o walcowym korpusie oraz zaczepami mocowany- mi do tego korpusu majace rózne nadruki oraz wypukle lub wklesle elementy zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig.1 pokazuje dlugopis w widoku od strony czolowej zaczepu a fig.2 i 3 w widoku od strony bocznej zaczepu. Obudowa dlugopisu pokazana na fig,l, 2 i 3 ma korpusu w postaci wy- sokiego i smuklego walca zakonczonego z jednej strony stozkiem scietym a z drugiej, scieciem pod katem. Powyzej ukosowanego sciecia widoczny jest element walcowy o srednicy znacznie mniejszej od srednicy korpusu, na któ- rym widoczne sa, ulozone równolegle do linii sciecia korpusu, pierscienie. Ta czesc laczy sie ze stozkowym kapturkiem, który w pewnej czesci jest prze-dluzony przechodzac w owalny zaczep wygiety lukowato na zewnatrz. Na kapturku, po obu stronach zaczepu widoczne sa wrebienia ulozone równole- gle do pierscieni a na jego wierzcholku widoczne jest naciecie. Ballpoint pens with a cylindrical body and clips attached to the body are known, featuring various prints and convex or concave decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from the front of the clip, and Figs. 2 and 3 show views from the side of the clip. The ballpoint pen housing shown in Figs. 1, 2, and 3 has a body in the form of a tall, slender cylinder, topped with a truncated cone on one end and an angled cut on the other. Above the chamfered cut, a cylindrical element is visible, its diameter significantly smaller than the body's diameter, and it features rings arranged parallel to the body's bevel. This element connects to a conical cap, which is partially extended, transforming into an oval hook bent outward in an arc. On both sides of the cap, notches are visible, arranged parallel to the rings, and a notch is visible at its tip. Essential features of the industrial design The housing of the ballpoint pen has a body in the form of a tall and slender cylinder with a truncated cone at one end and an angled cut at the other, above the bevelled cut there is a cylindrical element with a diameter much smaller than the diameter of the body, on which rings are visible, arranged parallel to the line of the body cut, and this part is connected to a conical cap, which is extended in part, turning into an oval hook bent in an outward arc, on which, on both sides of the hook, recesses are visible, arranged parallel to the rings, as shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3.
