Dlugopis Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis posiadajacy korpus o regular- nym, cylindrycznym ksztalcie na calej swej dlugosci. Jeden z jego konców zaopatrzony jest w klips, który jednoczesnie stanowi integralna czesc przycisku uruchamiajacego me- chanizm. Przycisk posiada ukosne sciecie w swej koncowej czesci. Podczas uruchamiania przycisk wsuwa sie w górna czesc korpusu. Drugi koniec dlugopisu - koncówka ma ksztalt stozka. When activated, the button slides into the upper part of the barrel. The other end of the pen—the tip—is cone-shaped. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen from a side view, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the front surface of the clip, and Fig. 3 is a photograph. Essential Features of the Design The industrial design is distinguished by: - a regular, cylindrical shape of the body along its entire length, - a clip that is an integral part of the button that activates the mechanism, - a button that slides into the upper part of the body when the mechanism is activated, - a diagonal cut of the button at its end, - a conical shape of the tip.
