Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac obudowy dlugo- pisu przejawiajaca sie w jego elementach zdobniczych i budowie. Znane sa dlugopisy o walcowym korpusie oraz zaczepami mocowany- mi do tego korpusu majace rózne nadruki oraz wypukle lub wklesle elementy zdobnicze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysun- ku, na którym fig.l pokazuje dlugopis w widoku od strony bocznej zaczepu, fig.2 w widoku od strony czolowej zaczepu a fig. 3 jego przekrój poziomy. Obudowa dlugopisu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazana na fig. 1 do fig. 3 ma korpus o postaci zblizonej do wysokiego i smuklego stoz- ka scietego, którego podstawa jest ukosowana w stosunku do jego srednicy. Korpus mniej wiecej na wysokosci 3 A ma rozciecie po linii ukosnej do jego srednicy konczace sie tuz przed jego zakonczeniem, przy czym ukos ten jest równolegly do ukosowania podstawy. W rozcieciu korpusu widoczny jest element sprezysty, który ma ksztalt gwintu srubowego o zwojach prawie równoleglych do ukosowania górnej czesci korpusu. W zakonczeniu korpusuwidoczny jest pierscien, na który nalozony jest zaczep dlugopisu, przy czym pierscien i czesc zaczepu obejmujaca pierscien sa ukosowane identycznie jak korpus obudowy. Zaczep w czesci górnej jest nieco szerszy niz w czesci dol- nej i odgiety w stosunku do korpusu obudowy a odgiecie to ma ksztalt czesci elipsy. Ballpoint pens with a cylindrical body and clips attached to the body, featuring various prints and convex or concave decorative elements, are known. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the ballpoint pen viewed from the side of the clip, Fig. 2 from the front of the clip, and Fig. 3 its horizontal cross-section. The ballpoint pen housing according to the industrial design, shown in Figs. 1 to 3, has a body similar to a tall, slender truncated cone, the base of which is beveled relative to its diameter. At approximately 3A height, the body has a slit diagonally to its diameter, terminating just before its tip, with the slit parallel to the base chamfer. A spring element is visible in the slit, shaped like a screw thread with threads almost parallel to the chamfer of the upper body. A ring is visible at the end of the body, on which the pen's hook is placed. The ring and the part of the hook that encloses the ring are beveled identically to the housing body. The hook in the upper part is slightly wider than the lower part and is bent away from the housing body, and this bend is shaped like part of an ellipse. Essential features of the industrial design The housing of the ballpoint pen according to the industrial design has a body in the form similar to a high and slender truncated cone with a base bevelled in relation to its diameter, which at a height of approximately 3A has a slit along a diagonal line to its diameter ending just before its tip, and this bevel is parallel to the bevel of the base, and in the slit of the body there is a visible elastic element in the shape of a screw thread with coils almost parallel to the bevel of the upper part of the body, and in the end of the body there is a visible ring with a ballpoint pen hook, which in the upper part is slightly wider than in the lower part and bent in relation to the body of the housing, and this bevel has the shape of part of an ellipse, wherein the ring and part the catch including the ring are beveled identically to the body as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 3.
