Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac dlugopisu, charakteryzujaca sie ksztaltem klipsa i korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok dlugopisu z klipsem od przodu, fig.2 - z boku, fig. 3 ukazuje widok aksonometryczny, a fig.4 wido k przycisku dlugopisu z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - dlugopis zawiera korpus, glówke z klipsem i przycisk do wlaczenia/wylaczenia wkladu dlugopisu, - glówka ma ksztalt tulejkowej nasadki i posiada klips przylegajacy do boku korpusu - glówka z klipsem znajduja sie górnej czesci korpusu, - glówka w wezszej górnej czesci jest scieta ukosnie i w sciance przeciwleglej do klipsa posiada wybrania równolegle do górnej krawedzi, przy czym wybrania te sa róznej dlugosci, - czolowa powierzchnia klipsa stanowi wycinek kuli, - boczne krawedzie klipsa sa sciete ukosnie i leza w plaszczyznach osi korpusu, - przycisk dlugopisu jest uksztaltowany owalnie, - dolna czesc cylindrycznego korpusu posiada krawedz i zakonczona jest stozkiem.Fig .1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a ballpoint pen. The design's essence is a new form of the pen, characterized by the shape of the clip and barrel. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a front view of the ballpoint pen with clip, Fig. 2 a side view, Fig. 3 an axonometric view, and Fig. 4 a top view of the ballpoint pen's button. Essential features of the industrial design: - the ballpoint pen comprises a body, a head with a clip and a button to turn the ballpoint pen on/off, - the head has the shape of a sleeve-shaped cap and has a clip adjacent to the side of the body, - the head with the clip is located in the upper part of the body, - the head in its narrower upper part is cut diagonally and in the wall opposite the clip it has recesses parallel to the upper edge, where these recesses are of different lengths, - the front surface of the clip is a segment of a sphere, - the side edges of the clip are cut diagonally and lie in the planes of the body axis, - the ballpoint pen button is oval, - the lower part of the cylindrical body has an edge and ends with a cone.
