Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dlugopis posiadajacy korpus o zmiennej grubosci; z przewezeniem w srodkowej czesci i zgrubieniem w dolnej czesci, trzymanej miedzy palcami w cza- sie pisania. Dlugopis posiada metalowy chromowany klip z blyszczacym wykonczeniem, zespolony z opaska osadzona u góry korpusu. Na górnym koncu dlugopis posiada chromowany, cylindryczny, zaokraglony przycisk, natomiast u dolu posiada chromowana koncówke w ksztalcie stozka z tworzaca bedaca przedluzeniem krzywizny zgrubienia korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku z boku a fig. 2 przedstawia dlugopis w widoku na powierzchnie czolowa klipsa. Fig. 3 i fig. 4 przedsta- wiaja dlugopis tak, jak na fig. 1 i fig. 2 lecz ze schowana koncówka piszaca. Cechy istotne wzoru. Wzór przemyslowy wyróznia sie: – elementami dekoracyjnymi w postaci skosnie ustawionych równolegloboków na obu bocz- nych powierzchniach korpusu w czesci jego zgrubienia, przy czym skrajne krawedzie tych równolegloboków ukladaja sie w linie paraboli wierzcholkiem skierowana do srodkowej czesci korpusu, – elementy dekoracyjne – równolegloboki sa z tworzywa w kontrastowym kolorze w stosun- ku do korpusu. The pen has a chrome-plated metal clip with a shiny finish, connected to a band mounted at the top of the barrel. At the top, the pen has a chrome-plated, cylindrical, rounded pushbutton, while at the bottom, it has a chrome-plated, cone-shaped tip with a generatrix that extends the curve of the barrel's thickening. The design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the pen from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the pen from the front of the clip. Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show the pen as in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, but with the writing tip retracted. Essential features of the design. The industrial design is distinguished by: – decorative elements in the form of obliquely arranged parallelograms on both side surfaces of the body in its thickened part, with the extreme edges of these parallelograms forming a parabola with their apex directed towards the central part of the body; – decorative elements – the parallelograms are made of plastic in a contrasting color to the body.
