Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Zestaw do pisania wedlug wzoru zdobniczego sklada sie z dwóch czesci: dlugopis „Delgado" i pióro wieczne „Delgado". Czesci zestawu maja wspólne elementy konstrukcyjno-dekoracyjne w postaci dwuczlonowej bryly obrotowej oraz czesci pierscieniowej. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia dlugopis „Delgado" w szesciu rzutach,fig. 2 przedstawia dlugopis „Delgado" w widoku perspektywicznym z dwóch stron, fig. 3 przedstawia pióro wieczne „Delgado" w szesciu rzutach, fig. 4 przedstawia pióro wieczne „Delgado" w widoku perspektywicznym z dwóch stron. Zestaw do pisania zawierajacy dlugopis i pióro wieczne w postaci dwudzielnej bryly obrotowej, wyposazone w klips, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na powierzchni bocznej posiada pierscienie, których powierzchnie zewnetrzne tworza walec obrotowy. Dlugopis „Delgado" sklada sie z korpusu i skuwki a dolne zakonczenie skuwki stanowi podwójnie plaska czesc pierscieniowa, a zakonczenie górne skuwki ma ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego krazka. Pióro wieczne „Delgado" sklada sie z czesci zbiornikowej i skuwki oraz posiada dwie podwójne plaskie czesci pierscieniowe. Jedna znajduje sie przy zakonczeniu dolnym skuwki a druga przy zakonczeniu czesci zbiornikowej pióra. Zakonczenie górne skuwki oraz zakonczenie dolne czesci zbiornikowej pióra maja ksztalt zblizony do plaskiego krazka. The writing set comprising a ballpoint pen and a fountain pen in the form of a two-part rotating body, equipped with a clip, is characterized in that it has rings on its lateral surface, the outer surfaces of which form a rotating cylinder. The "Delgado" ballpoint pen consists of a body and a cap, and the lower end of the cap is a double-flat ring part, and the upper end of the cap has a shape similar to a flat disc. The "Delgado" fountain pen consists of a reservoir part and a cap and has two double-flat ring parts. One is located at the bottom of the cap, and the other at the bottom of the reservoir.
