Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa urzadzenia piszacego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac obudowy urzadzenia piszacego, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosci powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe urzadzenia piszacego w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku z tylu, fig.3 przedstawia obudowe urzadzenia piszacego w widoku z lewej strony, który to widok jest zwierciadlanym odbiciem widoku obudowy ze strony prawej, fig.4 pokazuje obudowe urzadzenia piszacego w widoku od góry, fig.5 - w widoku od dolu, a fig.6 przedstawia te obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym. Obudowa urzadzenia piszacego posiada podluzny cylindiyczny ksztalt z wyraznie zaznaczona czescia górna, srodkowa i dolna. Czesc górna ma ksztalt zblizony do walca o lekko wygietej lukowo na zewnatrz powierzchni sciany bocznej i ma przylegajaca do niej podluzna zapinke. Zapinka przymocowana jest do górnej czesci obudowy ponizej jej górnego sklepienia, na niewielkim odcinku tworzacej walca. Podluzna zapinka ma postac listwy, lekko wypuklej w górnej czesci, a lekko wkleslej i pogrubionej w czesci dolnej, przy czym górny koniec ma ksztalt pólkolisty, a dolny koniec ma ksztalt eliptyczny i siega ponizej czescigórnej obudowy, a nad dolna krawedzia górnej czesci przylega do niej za posrednictwem pólkolistego zgrubienia. Górne sklepienie obudowy stanowi plaska podstawe, ponizej której na obwodzie walca zaznaczony jest obwodowy pierscien, którego szerokosc na wysokosci posadowienia zapinki wydluza sie w postac elipsy, obejmujacej miejsce styku zapinki z powierzchnia boczna walca. Ponadto plaska podstawa górnego sklepienia ma usytuowany centrycznie krótki przezroczysty element w ksztalcie walca o srednicy okolo dwukrotnie mniejszej niz srednica górnej podstawy. Wewnatrz widoczny jest walcowy element, krótszy i o mniejszej srednicy od srednicy. W czesci srodkowej obudowa urzadzenia piszacego jest przezroczystym walcem o stalej srednicy równej srednicy czesci górnej w miejscu styku obu tych czesci. Wewnatrz widoczny jest wklad do urzadzenia piszacego. Czesc dolna obudowy urzadzenia o dlugosci w przyblizeniu równej dlugosci czesci srodkowej ma ksztalt walca o nieznacznie wypuklej powierzchni bocznej, polaczonego z czescia srodkowa za posrednictwem obwodowego uskoku. Po przeciwnej stronie w stosunku do czesci srodkowej, czesc dolna przechodzi w stozek sciety, oddzielony od czesci walcowej obwodowym rowkiem i powyzej obwodowym pierscieniem. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the writing device housing, manifesting itself in its shape, line layout, and surface properties. The industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the writing device housing from the front, Fig. 2 from the back, Fig. 3 from the left side, which is a mirror image of the right side, Fig. 4 from the top, Fig. 5 from the bottom, and Fig. 6 from a perspective view. The writing device housing has an elongated cylindrical shape with clearly defined upper, middle, and lower sections. The upper part is cylindrical in shape, with a slightly outwardly curved side wall and an adjacent elongated clasp. The clasp is attached to the upper part of the casing below its upper vault, along a short section of the cylinder's generatrix. The elongated clasp is in the form of a strip, slightly convex in the upper part and slightly concave and thickened in the lower part. The upper end is semicircular, and the lower end is elliptical, extending below the upper part of the casing, and above the lower edge of the upper part it adheres to it via a semicircular bulge. The upper vault of the housing is a flat base, below which a circumferential ring is marked on the cylinder's circumference. Its width extends into an ellipse at the height of the clasp's seat, encompassing the point of contact between the clasp and the cylinder's lateral surface. Furthermore, the flat base of the upper vault has a short, transparent cylindrical element centrally located, with a diameter approximately twice that of the upper base. A cylindrical element is visible inside, shorter and smaller than the diameter. In the central part, the writing device housing is a transparent cylinder with a constant diameter equal to the diameter of the upper part at the point of contact between the two parts. The writing device's insert is visible inside. The lower part of the device housing, approximately equal in length to the middle part, is cylindrical with a slightly convex lateral surface, connected to the middle part by a circumferential step. On the side opposite the middle part, the lower part transitions into a truncated cone, separated from the cylindrical part by a circumferential groove and above it by a circumferential ring. The housing of a writing device according to this model may constitute a housing for a pen, a felt-tip pen, a ballpoint pen, a pencil and the like. Claims 1. A housing of a writing device of elongated cylindrical shape, with clearly marked upper, middle and lower parts, characterized in that the upper part has a shape close to a cylinder with a slightly outwardly curved side wall surface, to which an elongated clasp adheres, attached to the upper part of the housing below its upper vault, over a small section of the cylinder generatrix, wherein the elongated clasp has the form of a strip, slightly convex in the upper part and slightly concave and thickened in the lower part, the upper end of which has a semicircular shape and the lower end has an elliptical shape and reaches below the upper part of the housing, furthermore, above the lower edge of the upper part adheres to it by by means of a semicircular bulge, and the upper vault of the housing is a flat base, below which on the circumference of the cylinder there is a circumferential ring marked, the width of which at the height of the clasp's mounting extends into the form of an ellipse, encompassing the place of contact of the clasp with the side surface of the cylinder, and the flat base of the upper vault has a centroid-located short transparent element in the shape of a cylinder with a diameter approximately twice smaller than the diameter of the upper base, while in the middle part the housing of the writing device is a transparent cylinder with a constant diameter equal to the diameter of the upper part at the point of contact of both these parts, and in addition the lower part of the housing of the device with a length approximately equal to the length of the middle part has the shape of a cylinder with a slightly convex side surface, connected to the middle part by a circumferential step, and on the side opposite the central part, the lower part becomes a truncated cone, separated from the cylindrical part by a circumferential groove and above by a circumferential ring, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 6. 2.
